I loved wearing it for the first 2 months and then the material started to wore out, the material used for this product was not the greatest compared to the other sweathers. Also the length of it was way too long for my body, the end kept rolling back up.

I bought the fleece about 2 months ago and the textile rapidly started to pill by only wearing it in my house or under my insulated jacket. It already looks like used.. I'm quite disappointed since it was my first try at Arcteryx product.

I love Arcteryx kit but this fleece is a real dud - in just a few wears the material has worn and bobbled in a few areas so badly that it looks years old, plus loads of loose threads. Looked great on arrival but it won't last the winter. And as it was a gift I can't even return. Hugely disappointing.

The first time I wore this I noticed that the bottom hem would continually roll up. I assumed that this was due to the way it had been stored and that it would drop out after a wash, but unfortunately this is not the case. It looks as though the elastic hem at the bottom is mis-sized compared to the rest of the top, meaning that it flips over on itself causing the bottom to roll up. I notice that other reviewers have had similar problems, so I guess this is a design flaw.
It's a shame as the top otherwise fits very well (Medium - 180cm/slim build) and is made from the high quality materials you expect from Arcteryx. I have several items of clothing from this brand and this is the first time I've been disappointed by the design/quality of a garment.

It's disappointing that the hem rolls up. I would avoid this line of arcteryx.

The Covert fleece pills pretty quickly. After a few months, the fabric looks worse than clothing I've had for years. I mainly wear the fleece around town, so not like I'm scraping the fabric while climbing or something. Washing the fleece serums to increase thus deterioration in both color and pilling.
I took the fleece to my local Arc'Teryx store, and while they acknowledged the fabric problems, their suggestion was that I buy some sort of razor utensil to cut off the pilling fabric. Not a solution that works for me, especially at this price point.

I bought this about 3 months ago and it was fantastic - extremely warm and well designed. Having now washed this twice - following the instructions and doing do on a super low spin - like the other reviews the bottom hem has is now annoyingly rolling up on what tis already a short cut pull over. This is very frustrating given the quality of other arcteryx garments I have. For this I have to rate it a 1 star, as it does not look smart when you have your t shirt poking out the bottom

Worst fleece I've owned across a number of high-end brands. Excessive pilling & deformation/rolling of the waist hem. Still functional at this point but looks absurd. As an owner of other Arcteryx products my experience with this one has been very disappointing.

I have several Arc'terx products and have been happy with them with exception of this new version of the Covert. I purchased it because I have two other coverts I've been wearing for several years and they have been great fleece tops. This version is lighter weight, the hem rolls as many others have said, and in general it feels cheap compared to my other two coverts. My fleece tops from two other popular brands are better quality. Won't buy another one.

i am 183cm and 85kg, the M size is perfect for my shoulder and arm length. But the waist is wayyyy to short. My belly button is almost out....
This applies to a lot of products I bought here. Arm length is ok, but the waist it tooooo short. And if go with L size, the arm is too long...
In winter time my stomach hurt since it doesn't cover my belly well...
