Unable to wear the shoes because they ran large in the length and width for me. I ordered my normal shoe size, and my feet are on the wider end or regular width. Waited too long to try them and unable to return. Will try again in the winter with socks, but doubtful they will fit.

Not comfortable in tow box and too wide

Cute shoes, but I was expecting a true red. They are more like an intense coral color.

I am a solid size 10 foot, but the heel of the shoes kept slipping off as I walked in them. I am returning.

Nice shoe but doesn't fit. 8 1/2 too big, 8 too small.

These are very nice shoes at an exceptional price, but they have the same problem that most flats have: they cut across my foot exactly where I have bunions. Unfortunately, I have to return them and resume my search for red flats. :-(

Bought these and a pair of Clarks at the same time. The Clarks fit like a typical 6.5. The Cliffs were too long and too wide. I can't even rate the arch support since they were too big to really judge. Too bad because they're a nice style for work.

These shoes are slightly too big for me, so I ordered some foam inserts for the toe and heel. Hopefully that will help! Otherwise, they seem like a solid shoe to wear to work.

I ordered my normal size but they were too small. I did not like them enough to exchange, decided to return for refund.

These shoes are so stiff, they feel like cardboard. The red is not a true red but more of an orange red. They are going back.

I liked the way the shoes looked, but they weren’t comfortable and they ran a bit big. The seam along the top edge was hard and rough. I returned them and will look for some other shoes.

Kills my toes and rubbed heel. Used inserts to lift off my ankle teb which helped. I don't think there is any breaking in for this flat as it's synthetic material and very stiff. Cute style and navy color. Terrible comfort. Would NOT recommend. Can't return because I've worn them.

I wear a size 8.5 consistently but these were at least a half size too big, at least. It was hard to tell how comfortable they were because I couldn't wear them. I ordered the cognac color and they were significantly lighter than they appeared in the photographs. Other colors might be better. I had high hopes but was disappointed with these.

wrong color for me

I ordered size 7 M. These shoes were 1/2 to a whole size larger. Super big and width stretched on first and only wearing. I do not recommend thes shoes.

So disappointed in the color. I needed Navy and these are a few shades lighter than navy.

I'm very solidly a size 6. These shoes were so huge. I put an insert in them to try to make them fit because I couldn't size down and looks wise, they were exactly what I wanted. I got a blister on my heel within 20 minutes of trying to walk in these shoes. I don't know if they were mis-sized or what because no one else seems to have the same issue with these shoes.

The fit is very loose. The quality is not consistent with other White Mountain shoes previously purchased.

The left shoe fit perfectly but the right shoe was much bigger and could not keep it on. the right shoe felt like it should have been an 8
