The back of these shoes was too tight (narrow) and high on my heel. They also were definitely narrow - the wise size fit the rest of my food better but the heel was still too uncomfortable when I tried them on. I decided to return them.

They were cute and would have worked but too big.

The shoes fit perfectly when first put on. As I wore them, stockingless/footies, they started to rub both my little toes, showing redness when I removed them. Once I start wearing hose in the cooler weather I am hoping problem is solved.

Cute style, but they feel a bit large. If I had been in a retail store, I would have tried a half size smaller. Instead, I will keep them and add heel cushions since they slip in the heel. Also, I wish I had known that they were made in China. I prefer not to buy items made there.

I may have needed a bigger size for better comfort and the color was more like slate than navy.

Fit is true to size. Comfort level good.

While advertised as a stylish comfort flat, comfort seems to take a back seat. I had to have these stretched as the toe box is both short and narrow, as is the heel. Not a true medium. Not the best shoe for city touring in Europe.

These shoes are super cute and comfy. They are a little tight in the toe but I am REALLY wide there and am confident they will break in.

Minimal arch support. Cannot wear socks with these shoes. The socks ride down into the shoe. Box is a bit tight.

This is one of the few styles that work for tweens as dress shoes. Decent arch support and comfort. Heel is a little long

The style is cute, but the material was very stiff and hurt my feet.
