I always order medium size coat, I am 5 3 and about 150 pounds. This coat medium size is off and I can barely zip it. Change to large size and the body fit good but sleeve is too long may be 5 inches longer than my wrist. have to return both

Feathers everywhere. On my clothes, on the car seat. Annoying.

I bought this parka for every day use in the cold Wisconsin weather! I love it, its warm and fashionable. The except is that the seems are coming unstitched in many areas including areas that you wouldn't normally see wear and tear. This began happening after only 2 months of wearing it. I was told by customer service that it can take 4-6 weeks for a warranty return/exchange or to be fixed. Considering we are in the middle of winter, she suggested I wait to send it in (was very nice of her) but meanwhile I have a fairly expensive parka that's falling apart. If this isn't common then I would 100% recommend it because I love it.

I wanted to love this coat. It's stylish, warm and looks well made. The sleeve elastic is not tight enough to keep wind out. The barrels to loop through elastic to keep hood fastened were sewn half way up hood rim and were inaccessible, thus rendering the hood unfastenable. I returned the coat to a North Face store. I could have taken a chance on another that may not have had the hood issue, but that still left the sleeve issue unrectified and a design flaw in my opinion. If these two thing had not been major issues, I would certainly have kept and loved this coat.

Weird Feel with synthetic material on inside and down was very thin- so overall it didn't keep me warm in even 60 degrees weather! This is dissapointing as I have a 600 fill down from 10 years ago from the NF that is way better than this. i would try something else- make sure to try in person in a store or you'll be doing a return Like I did.

Very tight and so inconsistent with other north face product sizes. Why can't they just be consistent in sizing? I had to order an xl in this but could order a small/medium in other jackets.

This jacket is cute and I love the length. The major downfall to me is how loud the material is. If you move your arms it’s very crunchy sounding. If I was hiking, I would become annoyed of this quickly.

Too small ..

Great looking jacket that is light weight and slim fitting. I was really excited when I got the jacket but within two weeks of using maybe once or twice considering I live in warmer climates all the down feathers are starting to come out through the seams of the jacket. Well the return policy is OK it's not convenient and is a deterrent considering online sales are at an all-time high.

I was disappointed in the fit of the parka. Although it stretches, it was just too snug. I tried the next size, which was a large, but then it was too big all over and the sleeves were way too long. I had to return it and select another style.

I bought this coat hoping that it would last be through a couple of winters well it has not even been a month since I purchased it and I noticed white feather like materials on my coat. When I looked closely it looks like it ripped. I am so disappointed and sad

What i ordered and what arrived were not the same. There isnt a white stitched enblem, but an iron-on looking emblem that is the same color as the coat, making it look invisible. The coat is very thin for the winter. It is a nice jacket; i wouldnt call it a coat. I will be exchanging it.

Poorly constructed. There are loose threads and feathers poking out everywhere. Not as warm as I imagined.

I order this jacket because I thought NF was excellent quality, but I am very dissapointed. For a jacket of this price I would have expected to be as warm as it said and to have warm lining in the pockets.

I bought this as a winter jacket, for everyday wear. I had it for less than 3 months and I have feathers come out all over the place. Poor quality.

I was really exited when I ordered the coat, but it was a big disappointment. Down fill layer is really thin. The description states 700 down fill, but you can literally see through the coat - fill is spotty to the extent that you can see I'm wearing a black hoodie underneath the coat when it's zipped up. Quality is below all expectations. I ordered Instaview coat that states down fill 800 (very warm and good fill density), so I was expecting this coat slightly less warm than instaview, but not to the extent of being partially transparent. I will definitely be returning it.

Sent back too bulky

I wanted something warm and that was longer but lightweight. This fit the bill but this coat keeps riding up on me. Not sure why but that is not what I expected. For reference I'm 5'7" 170lbs slender build.

The arm/shoulder area is too tight. So I have returned this item. What about a dolman sleeve? Your fit models must have very skinny arms. Not real world fitting.

Too small. and too thing. Will be returning.

Not worth the money

Very disappointed with this coat. Arrived with broken zipper, cheap white North Face printing. Would not buy again.

Poor quality. It arrived with a broken zipper at the seam where it was folded. Cheap white north face printing vs stitching appeared crooked. Still waiting for my refund.

The design and colorings are terrible.
