I really want to like this one like my other Brooks shoes but this one is taking its time to break in. It's very stiff so at the end of a workday my feet are hurting. There's no soft cushion in the sole but ankle portion has cushion. It feels heavy but stable and easy to put on with its Velcro tabs. It's leather so easy to clean and spill proof and also non skid.

Shoes look very clumsy and they are short making my toes suffer. My regular running shoes in the same size fit very well and thus I will use one of them for walking. I need to return these shoes.

Too stiff. Prefer neutral, cushion.

They are very comfortable but the soles are not slip resistant . Very slippery on wet floors. Very disappointed with that. Suppose to be slip resistant.

The V straps get loose easily, have to tighten up numerous times that lead to decreased productivity at work and they do not support ankles. I ended up wearing my old pair of regular "Addiction Walker".

. I have problem with wide toe and problem with my hands . This shoe extra wide is very good , just unfortunately there is no size 5/5.5 . I used to wear size 6 but extra wide size 6 is too loose like im wearing size 7. This company should make more availability for extra wide size 5/5.5 , and should make more black sneaker with strap

worst brooks sneaker I have ever worn, they are in the clothing bag for our local shelter.

The Addiction Walkers I bought about a year ago started squeaking immediately with every step. I needed new ones because they're my everyday shoe, so I kept them, hoping the noise would stop. It did not, and eventually the shoes became an embarrassment. I contacted Brooks in April, and the replies I got were of absolutely no help. One even suggested that sweaty feet from running were the problem. They're WALKERS, NOT RUNNING SHOES! I don't run!!! I've been buying Addictions for 14 years, and it's sad to say goodbye.

You send me the wrong size . I am in Europe at the moment but I will return the shoes for a refund when I get back

Returned it because felt too stiff. Love the velcro design though. i hope they make more!

I tried the Velcro strap version of this shoe. They would not stay secure. I need to return. Guess I will stay with the lace up shoes. Please advise on your returns policy.

Returned immediately. Looks too orthopedic for me.
