First I can't run.I use them to walk during the day. They are comfortable but you should make them in narrow size too.

Comfortable. Secure footing. Great support. A little bulky, but that's worth the trade off for the stability they provide. Not sure why it's significantly more expensive than the laced version.

Bought for my 89 year old dad. They are great shoes with good support and grips on the soles.

The new version of the Addiction Walker is a little smaller than the original. I took a size 12 with these I need a 12 1/2 and then my toes have enough room but it's a little loose in the back. Better than being too tight. The shoe is shaped well and I prefer these new flatter soles but like the last version the insole is worthless. For the price we're paying for these I shouldn't have to run out right away to buy a better insole. The V Strap give more room for the top of my feet than the lace version, the only reason I chose these. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the insole and the fact that these shoes stink! The chemical odor can knock you out. What happened to leather?

The show's last has changed and the shoes are narrower than previously. My 13 4 width doesn't seem much larger than my 12.5 2 width shoe. Quite disappointing.

Fit and size were good. The problem I have with these shoes is that they feel to big and heavy -- clutsy I would say.

I may go back to New Balance.

I ordered this shoe to replace Ghost 15 pair that were worn out. Used for walking not running. Didn't realize leather uppers before order arrived. Wore almost daily for 4+ weeks. Liked the fit. The sole too soft for me. Replaced insole with old pair of Superfeet worked ok. Will try another Brooks shoe. Did not care for previous trial of Ghost 17.

Not having laces is nice but overall the shoes are too hot and/or need more air exchange like most of your other shoes have. I am thinking I will wear them more in the winter months

The fit seemed to be fine. About as comfortable as I had hoped for. But they squeak. Not what I would have expected from Brooks. How do I return them?

The fit and size seemed OK, but the support was nowhere as good as with the Ghost Max running shoes. Problem is that its hard to find a solid black, white, tan or neutral look as my wife wears these every day. She has severe back pain and deformed toes. She needs the Mens size 8 4E in a Brooks Ghost shoe. She likes the velcro straps. They were nice she would love some new shoes, but the Brooks Addiction model was not adequate

These shoes are nowhere as good as the Walk one's were. They are not as comfortable. I have had three pairs of the walk one's wearing them out and I cannot find anything as good and my feet scream for them.

I've been wearing Brooks addiction shoes for 20 years. Now that I'm retired I wanted to try the style "V" strap. But sadly I discovered these are not sold in my size which is a "narrow-B". So I had to return them. Other than that they were perfect.

Nice shoe for around the house and around the neighborhood. If you intend on doing a lot of walking, I would suggest you get the lace up ones they fit better.

I almost always buy Brooks... generally Beasts... I'm now in need of shoes with velcro closures as my hand arthritis has become more challenging... I also have issues with my back: bilging discs... The doles if these shoes were very stiff causing pain into my lower back... I'll stick with the Beasts as the soles are very comfortable I found the soles to be too stiff

The Rockport version was a much better shoe, at half the price.
