It's comfortable but very clutsy looking.

This I my third pair. I wont buy any brand but Brooks!

Do not get these if you are specifically looking for "slip resistant" shoes. I wore them to work and if I hadn't caught the table like I did, I would be, undoubtably, sitting in the hospital right now!

I needed to replace a pair of brooks sneakers that were worn out. I need a sneaker with a stiff heal counter and able to use my orthotics. These sneakers fit the bill.

A great shoe. On my previous well used pair, the toe on one shoe , for some reason, disintegrated ! Though a male, I buy the women's wide, one size up; the heel is more narrow, giving it a less "floppy' fit than the male wide issue. A question for Brooks; would the woman's extra wide have the same size heel cup as the wide issue ?

I have been wearing Addiction Walkers for many years and just love them. I have nigh arches and these shoes have great support.

So happy to find a company that produces a comfortable solid shoe in narrow. They are very comfortable even with my very high arch.

Fantastic support. Always trust Brooks. I have plantar fasciitis and these are the best shoes for work, walking and standing.

They are not slip resistant. I will be returning.

This is my 6th pair! I discovered this shoe over 10 years ago as an avid walker and event coordinator for an outdoor shopping center that hosted 65 events a year. I easily walk 10,000 steps a day and an additional 20,000+ steps for each event so I needed a comfortable shoe. Brookes Addiction Walker became that shoe! They're also nice looking and very durable! Last 18 months or more, looking and feeling close to brand new. The only walking shoe I will wear, everywhere!

Way too heavy and inflexible, and they dont help with overpronation enough to endure those issues.

Great fit and support! I work on concrete moving indoor and outdoor all day and this is the comfort I was looking for.

These shoes are used by my wife for work. They are stylish and pass off as professional looking shoes. They fill in all her check boxes for purchase going off the description provided. The only thing about them that at the very beginning of use they are very stiff. But after about a good week of breaking period they softened up and she is really loving them. If your looking for a no frills work shoe this might just be the one for you as well if you do a fair amount of walking around they really help ease your foot aches to a minimum at the end of a long day. Almost forgot it does have a reflective badge on top of the back of the heal. It doesn't stand out at all during the day but at night for example if your walking home after sunset after work there's that added safety glow that kicks out your movement and helps you stand out.

Bought these shoes in white for clinicals for nursing school because I have heard such good things about Brooks. These are the most uncomfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I come home from the hospital and cry because of how bad my feet hurts from these shoes. There is zero support, feel like I am walking on bricks all day and I thought that maybe I just needed to break them in, so I didnt return them after the first few wears, but i wish that i did.

Great walking shoe with wide toe box, fashionable, and it comes in narrow!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. My feet usually never hurt, but within 5 minutes of wearing these shoes my feet are dying. My feet even hurt when I'm wearing them sitting down and I don't know how that's even possible. I normally never write reviews, but don't waste over $100 on these shoes like I did.
