I work on concrete floors. These DO NOT absorb the shock. If you work a speck of overtime; your feet will notice.

I am in my early 20s and a server who works 8hr shifts, 4 days a week and really needed comfortable non slip shoes. These were not nearly slip resistant enough for my job, and they made my feet sore in a weird way. I really wanted to love them but I ended up returning them.

I will have to send this back. Even though I have been wearing Addiction Walkers for about 20 years, and the size 7 has always fit perfectly, the size 7 in Addiction Walker 2 is way too small and tight in the toes. I have purchased a pair of Addiction Walker 2 in a size 8, which fits much better and am currently trying them out.

I've worn the Brooks addiction walker for years. Right out of the box I could put them on and feel my body align till this latest design. The heel of the shoe slants forward severely. The picture you show does not show that but what it does is force my foot forward and jams my toes into the end of the shoe! Please bring back the old design. I've been trying other shoes trying to find comfort again without success so I'm putting up with the problem just praying someone will wake up and realize you didn't need to change the design. You had a great shoe, now you don't! I'll keep searching.

I've been buying brooks addiction for years, two pairs at a time, twice a year. Usually I can adjust to the new design. Not this time. The sole is terrible, slippery, and holds dirt. The design is becoming cheaper every time you change it. When are you going to listen to your consumer? These shoes are crucial for my walking, I wear my orthotics in them. I depend in them! We pay a premium price and expect a premium shoe! HELP!!!

I was so excited when I got these as I've always had trouble finding the right shoes for my feet. I put them on and seemed to be good except the longer they were on the more my feet hurt. I liked the bright white color. I ordered them in an 8 wide, but seems to run small. Very disappointed and will be sending them back.

Nice shoe. Does not provide the support needed for plantar fasciitis. Would not buy these shoes again.

I have been wearing Addiction Walkers for 16 years. The new foot bed is too squishy and not as solidly supportive. I am very disappointed in my new shoes. My feet feel worn out after wearing these for a few hours. These are the shoes are wear everywhere when I am outdoors or away from my home. Please bring old design back.

The shoe was the Addiction Walker II, not a runner. Addiction Walker II still does not measure up to the original Addiction Walker I. Especially noticeable is the lack of height in the heel as the Walker I had. Would I buy the Walker II again? No. Would I buy the Walker I, you bet I would! Brooks really needs to thing about bring the Walker II back.

These were to small, like half a size to small. The width was fine, I would have to take out the insole to use my Orthotics but that would have been ok..I am a die hard New Balance wearer 608v4, they changed the design to a V5 and those do not fit... Trying to find my new fav walker...

I have 2 other pair of brooks and love them. These ones are so stiff on my feet. And the sole is huge. I like the idea of leather and slip proof but very disappointed in comfort. Had I not worn them outside I would have returned them.

Loved the version of this shoe prior to this one....I am a walker, and walk about 4 miles most days. On the previous version, I got about 9 months wear on these, before I could feel the breaking down of the support. I have gotten TWO MONTHS of walking with this version of the Addiction Walker. Very dissappointed. I do not understand why they change a good shoe. Looking for another brand to switch to. Not satisfied..

For some odd reason, these shoes hurt my feet terribly! I'm not "new" to wearing this brand/model of shoes, and have not changed anything in activity to warrant such foot problems. I have 2 pair of the SAME shoe, but from a local store, which don't hurt my feet nearly as much. Odd. No issues with shipping, or anything else.

I wear a 10 narrow in other Brooks shoes. However, my toes touched the end of the shoes in this style. I had to return them.

This was a tricky shoe to get the fit right. Based on my normal size of 7 1/2 wide, Zappos recommended an 8 double wide. Well that size flipped right off my foot. I ordered my regular size and the length was indeed a half size too short but the wide was just fine. Zappos was out of 8 wide so I bought them directly from Brooks and they fit fine. Bottom line, go the half size up but stick with your regular width.

The shoe was too heavy. The leather material did not allow the shoe to breathe and it just didn?t feel like a running/walking shoe.

Shoe is just ok. I wont be ordering this shoe again. They style I can live with. It's the bones of this shoe that a fails. Cushion is not there at the toe and the heal. The older model of the walker Addiction 1 is a better shoe, cushion throught the whole shoe and formed to my feet. Almost a memmory type of shoe. I keep trying to order the walker 1, it's out of stock for many months now. Sad I just might have to fine another shoe somewhere else. Brook buyer for 15 years now. I would hate to leave but I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day, average 8 to 10 miles a day-five days a week. Please get the Addiction 1 back

I have worn these shoes for over 20 years. They have always been perfect for me. I got the new design and they are to narrow and to short ! I also purchased a black pair in the winter and had to send them back. What the heck is going on with these shoes ?! I am going to return these and order a half size bigger and hope work. We will see.

I do not like them at all. This is the first shoes that I have bought from Brooks that I haven?t loved. They look and feel clunky.

I usually have to "break-in" shoes, but most of the time, after consistent wearing the Brooks I have had in the past, have been comfortable after a few times. After wearing this pair for 4-6 weeks, I am still having trouble with the right shoe. It causes pain/discomfort in the instep area of my foot. I don't have other shoes to walk in so I try to put up with it but I am certainly disappointed in these shoes as I have worn Addication and Adrenline shoes for many years. I, also, cannot find the shoes in any color selection since I wear a 2A.

Unfortunately these are already falling apart after not much more than 2 weeks. While comfortable I don't think they will last.
