My review really does not reflect on the brook brand. It just so happened that this tennis shoe was too cramped for my toes. With regards to returning the shoe customer service was excellent. Very easy. I have since ordered the Brook Ariel. I've worn it for two days now and absolutely love it. My toes have plenty of room to move.

Had a previous pair that is worn. Just bought replacement. They are sturdy, cushioned, and last a long time. Also like that you can get wide widths.

My 92 year old Mother Loves Loves Them and her walking is going better.

I really like Addiction 2 brook shoes, they support my legs n back. The new ones not as supported. The sides and soles needs more structure and coushion. They don't last as long.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. I need more arch support

My feet went "Ahhh!" when I put my new Brooks shoes on. I use custom orthotics and they fit great inside the shoes. The Brooks Addiction Walker supports my feet and ankles. They are my "go to" shoes.

I would order them again. I'm a server they are the best shoes I have ever had.

I love these shoes. They give me enough back support and cushion for my daily walk. I usually hit the pavement hard with my heels and the shoes absorb the shock.

This is the best shoe i have had in a long time. Good support, no back, leg or foot pain.

I am still not sure about the shoe, it does not feel good walking around the house in. I am looking for a winter shoe that I can walk in. This is a size a 11 and the left foot does not seem right.

This new version does not fit like the last one. I love the last version of the addiction walker, but the new one hurts my feet. It's a well made shoe, but just can't wear it; disappointed.

They seemed a hair shorter than the Addiction Walker, so had to return the 9s and get 9.5s. The heel is now a bit loose, but not so much I won't keep them, because I still believe they are the best walking shoes I can get. The laces are anchored on the tongue now, not sure why, so the laces don't slide as easily making the shoes are a bit harder to get into. But maybe I just don't have the hang of it yet. However, the lace holes are flat to help keep the laces from twisting. The shoes look great on, and feel wonderful on my feet and like a dream when walking.

I was looking for a light-weight shoe with good structure. I have worn Brooks running shoes for many years, and thought a walking she would bethe right shift. I found the shoes large, heavy and stiff, so I sent them back without wearing them.

I love these shoes. I have worn Brooks Addiction for running and walking for years. Ever since my podiatrist recommended them for my ongoing foot problems. I need a wide toe, narrow heel and straight last as I have bunions and have always resisted surgery. I have able to avoid surgery and still run and walk comfortably in my Addictions. I wear them every day.

I couldn't believe the support and comfort of my new walking shoes. I was compelled by a bone spur to find a good shoe so found this one on a blog recommended. I'm really happy to discover such a capable shoe. Bone spur healed and walking to my hearts' content.

These shoes are super comfortable! I work as a housekeeper in a hotel and I'm on my feet for eight straight hours and my feet don't hurt at the end of my shift. I strongly recommend them!
