This is not a winter coat. It is not warm at all- huge gaps between the baffles, almost no down in the sleeves and very little down overall. It's a warm winter day and I'm beyond freezing!

Its taken 3 weeks ro het what i orderes and i did the pay in 4 and they changed the price of item after i purchased

zipper doesn't work. The zipper got stuck and is not opening.

I never buy here again I'd never receive the product and I'd call costumer service and never got answer

Runs very small. Sized up and should have sized up 2 sizes. Very thin and not warm. Would not keep you warm on an Indiana winter day. Maybe a good coat for a FL winter day when it is about 50 degrees.

The jacket that was sent to me smelled horrible!!! even after TWO WASHES the SMELL WOULDN"T GO AWAY and they wouldn't refund me. lame

I sent it back - it was thin and no drawstring on the hood. Felt cheap. I was very dissappointed

I bought this coat, excited to try this "winter coat." On the first, & I mean first wear the feathers were coming out. I was so embarrassed because I took it out of town with me. It arrived late first off, then it got here the night before I went out of town so I ripped all tags. Just for me to take it off in the car & see feathers coming out of it!

Bought this jacket in the store 10 days before Christmas and it was the incorrect size. Went back to store to return and store was closed down.

I had to return this jacket because it was too small in the medium. I never wear a large, either small or medium weighing 115. I read many reviews that said how the sizing was perfect which were misleading. Would not order online again at Columbia but have bought at Dick's as I could try on things.
