Exceptionally made shoes. First time my husband has purchased this brand for work- he?s on his feet on hard floors walking all day. He?s enjoying them much! Hopefully they?ll hold up better than some of his previous ones.

Bought these to work in food industry but I found myself almost slipping. Not 100% slip resistant.

This shoe is not a soft as the many previous versions I have worn, i.e., it is hard on the soles of my feet. Otherwise, it provides great support for my feet and ankles, which is important for a 78-year-old.

Comfortable and great for walking. Not so much for standing long periods of time.

They are a little too tight. I have to wear very thin socks; otherwise, I like them.

Order a half size more than normal; they are a tad tighter than other shoes if the same size.

I like the smooth leather like the old ones better. Have not worn the new ones yet. I buy shoes before my old ones wear out.

A well constructed dressy good fitting shoe. But I'm still finding it less than easy walking in them after mostly using the Glycerin 16 for walking. It might have to do with less height in the heel while wishing they had some of the softness of the Glycerin which by far is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. But given their more dressy appearance I will keep them for some occasions and purchase a new pair of Glycerins for my long walks.

I'm enjoying these so far. It's only been 2 weeks. At 6'2" 265lbs, I was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable and cushion my feet as I stand and walk on concrete much of the day. They are more comfortable than previous shoes thus far. They are a bit squeaky, but I'm hoping that they are just breaking in. If it gets louder, my review will have to go down further.

Not bad but the insole is very thin and doesn't do much and there is very little arch support. There could be more room at the top of the shoe as well. The back of the shoe is a little too wide and my foot moves around a little I suggest buying 1/2 size larger than your usual size.

Great leather. Solid support. great foundation. Poor heel cup which allows some major slipping. Hopefully that will go away with added wear

Meets and / or exceeds. Expectations. One noticeable flaw is the sole separates from front top. This problem has been improved in latest version. Sean's on outer side tend to wear out before rest of shoe.

Not a bad shoe. Personally I like the old style better than the # 2. Keep wait for Brooks to stop making the sole come up on the front of the shoe. Little piece in front comes loose from the leather after a while. Have to trim off Bad design!!!!

It's good, no surprises--I've had several pairs. However, what I'd really like is the brown "suede" Brooks Addiction Walker, which you offered up to a year or so ago. The black looks like an orthopedic shoe, while the brown looked like a normal casual shoe. Wish you'd bring it back.

Nice, robust and stable shoe, my only objection is the steep price.

I have bad feet and legs due to clotting. Life long pronation hasn't helped. The Brooks design make walking easier on a sore hip. The bottom of my left foot still is in a bit of a revolt but adapting. No shoe can probably be perfect but these are better than what ever I have in second place. Thanks!
