Im using them for work because I need the support and theyre slip resistant. I am a caterer so I need the slip resistant sole. Theyve still a little stiff to walk in, but I think theyll be fine once they loosen up a little more.

I like the styling, fit and finish. Comfortable enough for everyday activities. Good support. Sturdy, should last a long time. Recommended for a walking shoe.

Didn't really but these for running but for encouraging walking in comfort since need to get steps in as a disbetic. Still not what I had hoped completely. Compares with my Orthofeet shoes but have been looking for something that feels like my feet are walking on air neither does that. My Orhtofeet slippers do but are little loose since slippers. The Sherpa lining in the slippers feels great but that eventually gets flattens down so still looking for the perfect shoe.

Pretty good shoes. I wear an ankle brace and foot orthotics due to a nerve injury and dropfoot. There is plenty of room in the toe box and the sole is very firm and supportive for my arches and knees. The only downside is that they are not flexible enough for toe-off. They will probably loosen up with wear, which would give them a 5

I bought these shoes because my previous shoes had wore out and causing feet and ankle issues. I work lots of hours managing a restaurant and bought these cause I have other pairs of Brooks shoes and they are great. The only complaint is the non-slip soles are lacking when compared to Hoka or even Sketchers. But a very comfortable shoes and my feet and ankles are better now.

I have purchased this shoe size and width before. This pair seems a little tighter than the others I have purchased. Hopefully will loosen up after use.

Not the greatest fit, which surprised me since Ive owned several other types of Brooks shoes & always found the fit/comfort great. Buying shoes online sure isnt the way to go.

The shoes are comfortable. My first impressions of them were that they looked like something that old men wear. My wife had the same impression. They do provide great support for the arch and provide ankle stability. Perhaps a different color other than W or B?

I have worn a 9.5(E) or a 10(E) on all the other shoes I've ever owned. So it took a fair bit of trial and error to figure out that 9(4E) was the perfect size for me. The 9.5(4E) worked reasonably well, but it was a bit floppy, leading to some heel slippage. Other than that, these shoes are like a cheat code. I can walk faster, and with more stability, for longer, without noticing. My primary use case was at a treadmill desk. Before these shoes, anything faster than 1.8mph made it hard for me to type due to all the bouncing. With these, I could do 2.2mph with ease. Once I dialed in the size (and hence eliminated the need for returns), I introduced a pair of Superfeet Adapt Run insoles. These really took it to a new level. I have not been so excited about a pair of shoes in, well, ever?

Excellent for people with flat feet. Also an amazingly well built shoe. Very well insulating, works well in a wide range of temps, from hot to cold. Great for casual hiking as well. I dont run with flat feet, so appreciate a walking shoe. Have been using this shoe for more than ten years now, lost count of how many pairs over the years.

This shoe offers firm, comfortable walking support. This is available in half sizes above size 12 which is really nice. I walk approximately 4 miles for daily exercise and find this shoe has a good grip on surfaces. The shoes last me at least 200-300 miles. Sometimes I stub my toe, and this eventually wears on the little front flap that covers the toe and causes it to pull away from the shoe -- that's the only thing I can say is a negative.

The shoe is great except that it doesn't breathe and makes my feet sweat even in 40 degree weather. I don't visualize that I will be able to wear it in the summer.

Ok this is the third pair of this walking shoe Ive purchased but I noticed I was slipping a little on wet surfaces outside. Then I saw the design of the sole has changeda lot. Wish they had maintained the old design , as I never had that issue with previous walkers in the same make. I guess in future I will ask to see the sole before purchasing, or look at different models.. although the trend seems to be geared more to running shoes now . You could consider theres a large number in the senior market looking for good walking shoes.

Always supportive and comfortable. Great fit. These are my work shoes for the therapy sport fitness center where I work and its easier to get through my day with them. Also Im type 2 diabetic so foot care is important.
