They are going to be returned. They look very nice and have good arch support but they are too short and narrow. Compared to my usual New Balance shoes, they are a full size shorter and narrower. I tried to reorder in larger and wider size but the were out of stock.

I've worn Brooks Addiction Walkers for a few years now. This new version is AT LEAST one size smaller--it felt more like two sizes. I basically had to remove the laces to fit my foot inside. The arch was in the completely wrong place. It was a size 11 but felt like a 9. Switching back to New Balance.

Don't know what Brooks has done to their shoes but they just do not fit the same. Have been wearing them for years and can not find a pair that fits decent.

Too small, even though I ordered my usual Brooks size of 7W. There is not much arch support in this style. I will stick to the Adrenaline line which work well for walking or jogging.

Though I began ordering Brooks shoes in a half size larger last year and thought that would suffice, I should have ordered a 10 instead of 9.5. I was not happy with the appearance, either - very dull in color and style. I was also unhappy with the packaging. The outside box was not well sealed. The inside box was upside down and did not have a band around it to keep it closed. There was no tissue paper inside the shoe. There were actually what look like dog hairs inside the shoes. Zappos usually provides pristine packaging as well as an excellent product. I am very disappointed.

I ordered 9.5 10 and 10.5 each pair was exactly the same size, all too short!

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 W and these 9.5W Brook Addiction walkers are at best a medium width, with too wide heals, and an 1/8 inch too short. This same sizing exists this year in Brooks, Abeo, and HokaOne - all of them returned. Why are the specs so consistently off in that Asian factory? All shoes I bought 6 - 12 months ago in size 9W and 9.5 W still fit me. Not this year. With much searching I found an ASICs Kayano 25 (last year model) that fit.

These sneakers came worn, there were stains on them and wear on the soles. Extremely dissappointed
