seems narrow in toe area allowing the comfort i would like to feel

I have 2 pairs of Brooks sneakers which I love. I wear a size 10.5W and was excited for a new pair for Christmas. I bought these shoes for neighborhood walks and they have been a great disappointment. They are uncomfortable and caused me foot and back pain. They are tighter than my other shoes and the cushioning is off. Do not recommend for wide feet.

Toe box is too tight and too pointed, even in widest width (2E)! Brooks, if you insist on making the toe box of this shoe too narrow, too pointed and too shallow, then at least make it available in a 4E width so we can order a wider size! Toe space is way too cramped, presses my toes together and does more damage to my Morton's neuroma. This would be a good shoe if the toe box was more rounded and deeper.

Way to stiff, and no Cushion when you step

I have worn all styles of Brooks and generally love them, I hiked the Grand Canyon in Cascadia14GTX,worn Ghost14 ,Ghost14 GTX, Revel and Levitate for work (I spend a lot of time on my feet), walking and hiking. I was really looking forward to a new pair of supportive walking shoes so I bought the Addiction Walkers and from the get go they felt a bit short and snug... at the end of the first full day of wearing I had a blister on my big toe, I think I am going to return. Sad I really wanted these shoes to work!

Padding around ankle is too thick and hurts back of ankle right above heel bone, at Achilles Tendon insertion point -- also painful under outer ankle bone. The very thick padding puts too much pressure on tendons. I got an Extra Wide and it is still too tight. Brooks X-Wide is like a regular wide, or even medium width in other brands, like New Balance. Also, these shoes do not have enough depth to accommodate a Powerstep or Spenco orthotic insole. My heel then sits too high and slips around in the shoe. Three things need fixing, then it would be a great shoe for overpronation, fallen arches, etc: 1) Add more DEPTH 2) Make the padding thinner and softer around ankles 3) Make it WIDER.

I returned them because I ordered wide and they were so narrow in the front I couldn?t wear them

Not real pleased with this shoe. It is to stiff and hurts my feet when I ware them . Not sure if they are running small or what. I will go back to adfelines. No sure if I can return them

I research shoes for durability and this was the top rated one. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. After only a few wearing, the right heel didn't stand up to pressure and no longer provides support. this is the same thing that is happening to all sneakers I have purchased over the last couple years. since they aren't any more reliable than less expensive shoes, I will probably by other shoes instead.

I loved the look of the shoe when it arrived, but it was so small I couldn?t even get my foot into it. It seemed like it runs 1-2 sizes too small. I?ve been wearing brooks for years, they?re my go to tennie! This is the first pair of Brooks I?ve ever bought that wasn?t true to sizing. I liked the look of them? I wish they would have fit!

I ordered 10 D, the same as Brooks Addiction GTS Running shoe. This shoe feels like med width instead of wide. Definitely run smaller and tighter. My feet feel cramped. Wish I had ordered up 1/2 - 1 size. Already worn them now. .

I did not find this shoe as comfortable as running shoes, but my feet are weird!!

I find them heavy and stiff. I am not liking them. Sorry.

Like the look of the shoe but the 9.5 med & wide are not the "same" size in this shoe as other 9.5's that I have, like the addiction or adrenaline or ghost.

These are very comfortable, and offer a lot of support. However, the fabric on top around the toes is so thin and fragile that they start developing holes within a few months.

I like your shoes. They are a bit short. No room for my toes. I have a pair of Ariel's and the same thing - they are short. The reviews I read on all your shoes is the same thing - short. I had gotten 9's in the Ariel's and they are too big. You need to give all your shoes a bit of toe room - a wee bit longer.
