Left one felt nice and snug almost as good as the levitate three. but the right one was a little tight on my big toe in my opinion since I'm a 13, I wish they went up half sizes so I'm probably going to have to re-order and get me a 14, the addiction 14s are $10 cheaper and they're almost identical and they're actually a little bit roomy which is good! so these are the addiction walkers which fits snug kind of tight.
I was a little sad because I hate sending shoes back but I guess you got to do what you Gotta do!
Life throws curve rocks at you once in a while.

After 60+ years of jogging I had a knee injury and must now walk for awhile. There is a good possibility jogging can eventually be in my lifestyle again, following therapy. These are "walking" shoes and as you know different from my standard beasts. So far they are fine. Anxious to return to the jogging, even at age 81.

Always buy Brooks, love the brand. This model though ran a little small. Hoping they will loosen up a bit , wish I had ordered half size larger.

The shoe seems well made but it is a little smaller in length than my other original walkers. Hopefully it will stretch some as it breaks in.

Fit was tight for a 10-1/2 size. The last shoe Brooks running shoe was 10-1/2 size and it fit well.

Comfortable, but the soles of the original walker addictions gripped better on wet surfaces.

Construction seems to be good. Arch support is also good for me with flat feet and pronation. On first wearing, seemed to be a bit tight/small, like maybe my proper size would be 10 1/4, except there is no such size. But after repeated wearing and walking (I don't run anymore; thus the walkers), the padding seems to be compressing a bit, especially at the heel, so that the shoe doesn't feel quite so small. So I guess some break-in is required for this shoe. This was not a problem with the older addiction walker shoe I got a few years ago. Tread is durable but it tends to pick up bits of sand that I have to pick out so that I don't track it around the house.

I haven't had them for that long, but so far very comfortable. If they are still going strong after a few more months then I will definitely be getting more brooks shoes when they wear out.

Very comfortable. They get better after a few good multi-mile walks. They conform to your foot well.

Comfortable but not as comfortable as you would expect for a shoe that claims itself a walking shoe.

These are nice but not as nice as the originals. They are comfortable but not as comfortable as the originals. The originals I could wear all day and not feel the need to take them off. These come off as soon as possible. They also have no water resistance at all. With the original addiction walker, you could walk through quite a bit of wet grass and not get your feet wet. Two steps and your socks are wet with these.

PROS: I love these shoes, and have purchased four pair over the last couple years. Low profile, good stability, great for all day wear.
CONS: Inevitably the sole (particularly the left) will begin to squeak rather obnoxiously. Sometimes right out of the box, brand new. I have had to exchange multiple purchases. This was also the case with the recent all leather pair I tried, since the suede was out of stock. I have other Brooks and this is the only model of shoe that has this strange defect.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Saucony, Nike, Birkenstock, Frye

I?m a long time Brooks customer but find this Addiction walking shoe model is for causal walking only, not for walking workouts as I had hoped. The cushioning and support is not adequate. I?ve had better success using my Beast and Addiction running shoes for walking workouts as they provide better stability, fit and comfort for the same price. Also, styling and color options for this walking shoe skews older and more orthopedic looking.

The shoe description says suede, but this is really the usual plastic/synthetic shoe upper and inner. It is as stiff as usual for such shoes. The small "suede" insert, where some shoes have mesh, is too small to affect the feel.

I've worn your original Addiction Walker (leather) several times over the past few years. I deal with plantar fasciitis for years and that's why I liked your Addiction Walker. But living in Florida it's a hot shoe in summer. So when I saw your Addiction Walker in suede. Figured it would be cooler. I'm a 11 2X. I found this shoe to be very tight around my entire foot and my big toe touched the front of the toe box. I found them to be very uncomfortable. I was surprised and I returned them to Zappos. I'll stick with my Dyad ll's

I have 5 words for you: Bring Back The Brooks Walker. This new "walker" bothers my pronating flat feet in a few areas that the Bubuck Suede walker didn't. :-(

Shoe was almost a full size too small. Seam connecting the tongue to the shoe rubbed the top of my foot. Guess I'll go back to new balance.

Shoe is too small despite ordering a wide in my length. Addictions used to fit well, the reason why I ordered.
