I have been a Florsheim customer, for over 40 years. This is the first time, I bought this model shoe. It's a nice looking shoe, but no padding on the collar and inside lining, unlike the Noble model.

disappointed in how the material in the back of the shoe is getting all fuzzy

I had to re-heel within 3 months, which would be fine if the rest of the shoe was durable enough to justify spending money on heels. These are rubber bottom not resolve-able shoes which I could add a rubber sole over the current one but the shoe ripped away from the factory bottom within 6 months. I still compare them to my previous pair that lasted 6 years of daily use before the leather gave up. Those were re-soled and re-heeled multiple times from heavy use with no issues.

I am currently retired so I only use the product for Sundays and as occasional semi formal outing. The shoe seems longer than an actual 10 1/2. I have worn the same size since high school and this shoe does not seem to be a 3eee either. I wore other pair that I ordered here at home on the carpet as instructed by your don't return policy, for about a half hour and they seemed fine. The next day I wore them to church and after about 2 hours my bunion was killing me. Though there is no visible sign of wear I couldn't send them back, so now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear.

Shoe not cut true, too narrow despite ordering a wide shoe

The right and left shoe leather wrinkles like they are two different models. They seems to have different kind of leather. Didn't expect that from a "quality" brand.

I ordered the wide size and the shoe was still quite narrow.

Week one, got a drop of cooking oil on the shoe and it never came out. Florsheim customer service wouldn't help either.

I had these "quality" shoes for all of a week and the entire sole cracked and then split wide open. I had to send them back and was very disappointed with the entire experience.

I am hoping there was a mistake in packaging or labeling. There was no way the shoes I received were the size 13 wide (3e) shoes I received. I ordered them to wear for my wedding and were so narrow no part of my foot could even fit into the shoe. Very disappointed. I am a long time, and very satisfied Florsheim customer. But this was a bad experience.

Although listed as a 3E this shoe does not allow a high volume / high arch foot to fit into it.

The liner of the insole came off after first use.....

I purchased this shoe on clearance, and both my order receipt and the shoe box showed the size I ordered. However the shoes IN the box were the wrong size. Florsheim made it easy to return, but unfortunately the color I was looking for was out of production.

One of the shoes I received was a little used and the wrinkles in that shoe are totally different from the other and I've only used them 5 times. Now it seems like I'm wearing two different models. It's my first time buying Florsheim shoes and I bought them from the official website page so I wasn't expecting a used shoe. The leather is of different quality in the right/left shoe. Very disappointed.

The fit and finish on these shoes was nice. The lining felt.good to the touch, the leather was supple and polished nicely. Unfortunately, the sole of one shoe cracked the first day I wore them. I had to return them after the first wear.
