As a longtime customer of Vionic, I am very disappointed and even grieved that they have decided to decrease the width of their shoes across the board. I have always been happy with the Tide I for my wide foot and sadly this Tide II new release is definitely more narrow. This is true for all of their other flip flop styles as well, all of which I tried and sent back. Vionic, please leave at least one option for your customer base with wide feet! Either make the Tide II in regular and wide or re release the Tide I in its original wide form. Or offer all your styles in regular and wide...and I"ll buy them all! Not sure why you would leave zero options for the portion of your market that has wide feet, the market that made you profitable!

These sandals are not a true white more like a milky yellow. I will be returning them. This is not the first time I've experienced this problem ordering this particular sandal in white.

Horrible It took over six weeks to Receive my order. They advertise the sandals as being Vionic Sandals - they are a very poor imitation. I have five pairs of vionic sandals and these are not the real things

Those flip flops created a knee problem I never had. I bought those thinking it would be a good option to use at home during lockdown and stiff enough so my cat wouldn't eat it. It's definitely stiff. Then I started to feel a pain on my right knee to the point I had to stop exercising and start physiotherapy. Then I noticed a sharp pain whenever I tried to walk barefoot. Immediately I stopped using this and switched to a rotation of other brands of flip flops. Slowly I am recovering and hopefully will soon be able to restart my ballet classes. Vionic though never more.

I wish I could send this shoe back and get a credit I've never worn them but inside my carpeted house I had to take this off in about 20 minutes and I've never worn them again. The thong that fit in between the great and second toe was very uncomfortable to the point of pain. I think I will call customer service to see if they can help me out because I have wasted money on a shoe I can not wear.

Need I say more. These shoes are so uncomfortable. My feet hurt all day while wearing them. Glad I only bought 1 pair. Not ever worth spending $ on.

I purchased a pair of the black Tide II Post Sandals two years ago. I loved them! They provided excellent arch support and the fit was great. Last year I ordered a pair in tortoise and a pair in cork. I was disappointed that the footbed was stiff and had less cushion so I returned them. Two weeks ago I ordered a pair in black hoping these would have the same fit as my original pair. I was disappointed that the black pair were the same as the other colors. They weren't comfortable and didn't fit well. The straps are looser and I don't think they will stay on so they will be returned. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or where they are manufactured. The Tide II Post Sandal are definitely not the same quality and fit as they used to be in any of the colors. I won't be ordering these again.

I have been wearing Vionic (used to be Orthaheel) shoes for many years. I basically live in my flip flops. I ordered a new pair as my current ones are getting worn. I was breaking them in while in my house. After wearing them off and on for about 2 hours I developed an instant case of plantar fasciitis. I think this current version is too hard on the bottom and the arch support seems higher and very hard on my foot. I hope loyal wearers don't experience this as I have.

I bought these online via this website. The heel cup was high on the outer heel - throwing my foot towards the arch. Caused my ankle & knees to get sore. I returned them - thinking it was just the design of the shoe A local store carries Vionic sandals. When I tried the same sandal in my local store -- the heel cup was fine & was not raised on the outer heel. So I'm figuring that the sandals I bought on this website were defective. Buyer beware. I will always buy thru an actual store where I can try them on before buying them.

This sandal is not what Vionic makes out it to be. The platform sandal is so much better. Very disappointed.

I love Vionic sandals and was excited to try these in a basic flip flop. They are advertised as fitting medium/wide feet and do not come in a wide option. These were definitely medium width only. The Vionic shoes that come in wide width fit me perfectly and I felt like I had to stuff my feet into these flip flops. Vionic- please made a true wide width flip flop!

The sole of this shoe is very hard and not comfortable. The arch support is high but again it is hard. Not a comfortable shoe. I prefer a cushioned sole. They are a nice looking shoe.

I wish I could attach a photo BUT NO I can't. The toe beds on 2 different pairs (all 4 sandals) became discolored. It is permanent. There seems to be no possible fix. I would expect more at this price point! I would NOT recommend these due to the discolored toe bed. It is VERY obvious. I don't wear them in public any longer.

I bought these on vacation in Cocoa Beach FL. When I got home and started to wear them there is a sharp edge in the loop that makes the toe post that caused blisters on both feet. Tried to cushion it but did not help. Sigh...

I have a very high arch and cannot wear flip flops that are flat. My sister swears by Vionic so while visiting her in Florida I bought a pair of these. There is something in the toe post where it meets the strap that makes it next to unwearable. i have tried to cushion it but it is not helping. A little upset because these are a little pricey but I am always willing to spend more for the comfort

I am very disappointed in the way they feel on my feet. They actually were very tight across the width. The bottom of my feet hurt. I just purchased two pair and I barely can wear them.

I wear vionic flip flops/sandals year round but this website needs to carry more choices and colors. I do not prefer to purchase my shoes from a shopping network but a lot of items sold on the network are NOT available on any other sites. I don't think for a customer that is willing to pay full price for the shoes this is a fair way of doing business. I returned the shoe above because the leather is too shiny. I prefer the matt look and the designs in a matt finish not glossy. I do not have plans to purchase any other vionic products next year. I like the support but I can find that in a brand that offers ALL products to everyone not just through a home shopping option. Hopefully someone will pay attention to this post and bring more options to this site and in store.

I have to send these back. I wore them one day and they tore up my feet.......bleeding. The Med/Wide is not sufficient. So sorry you no longer make the wides. I wore Orthaheel/Vionics for over a decade and loved them. Will have to change to Men's to get the width (hopefully?). No More Pretty feminine colors for me I guess. Disappointed.

I've tried multiple pair of the Tide II. They are no comparison to the original 24 Tide that have the Orthaheel label on the sole of the shoe. Please bring back the original 24 Tide for women. I noticed that you still make it for men. And I've even tried ordering a man's but the width is way too wide. I have owned multiple pair of the original Tide and I am now lost without them! Is there anyway the company could reconsider making the original shoe? Based on my Internet search there are many people in desperate situations that feel the same way. I feel like I'm begging and that's because I am. That's how much the shoe means to me! Please please please bring back the original Tide for women!

Bought these sandals because I was suffering from horrible planter's fasciitis and super disappointed when they arrived. While they have good arch support they are super hard and uncomfortable and the material makes your feet sweat. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!! You are better off buying Reef's or Olukai flip flops.

I bought these thinking I could get support with flip flops during the summer. Sadly they will not work. The shoe is WAY too wide for a medium making my feet squish out where the arch is pushing the sides of my feet into the outer straps which is not very attractive. The arch is to big. The straps are way too large (probably because the shoe is too wide) making the shoe hard to keep on while walking. The toe piece is too far back (and too big around) making my foot go off the back of the shoe and leaving a lot of space in the front. If anyone out there has another shoe company recommendation for flip flop arch support that isn't so severe please advise. I will be returning this shoe.
