I have to start by saying this is a every elegant shoe and I love it. This shoe runs very narrow . I have a narrow foot and I run between a 40 and 41 so I ordered a 41 for a little extra width and I’m glad it did. I wore them 5 hours the first day with no discomfort, I do wish they had a little more insole support, they are very flat. The only negative is the footbed liner started to peel away after only an hour of wear. After spending almost $200 on these shoes I expect much better quality then that, I was disappointed by that

I was not able to get these on my medium feet but man did I want to. Super sleek and cute. I just couldn't get them on they are so narrow. So I have no idea if it runs true to size or what kind of arch support it offers or if it's comfortable but the system won't let me leave them blank.

First off, I have long, skinny and bony feet. These mules fit my feet perfectly... and so, so cute! Naot seem to run narrow, which suites my needs. These are my 3rd pair of Naots... they do not disappoint!

Not much arch support and felt very "hard" on the bottom - not cushioned at all. However, they were nice looking and I liked the color and appearance of the shoe - just not enough to walk in them. Had to return.

The foot insert reads 38 and the bottom of the shoe reads 38 but the insert is a tad too long and causes the insert to bunch in the middle which causes tightness in the arch. Too bad.

After ordering two different pair of this Naot Style in Shitake color, both pairs arriving damaged with tiny black dots and a black smear, I tried the Violet Nubuck. I love them! I was concerned about how neutral they would be, I don't have any shoes in this color, but find there are many items in my closet that they will go with, Denim, Navy Blue, Green! As always the comfort for my feet is excellent with Naot, as I have low to no arch. Custom orthotics, which I've tried twice, just make my left pronating, arthritic foot hurt, as do brands with higher arches. I say this with every Naot I review, my foot pain is totally gone with Naot. The same for my husband, who is now buying Naot!

Booties, sandals, mules, I own lots of Naot! This brand is perfect for my low to no arches, left pronating arthritic foot. When my foot started hurting 5 years ago, I got custom orthotics, bought Dansko , and 1 pair of Naot. Naot was more $, but the other brands were a waste of $ for me as was the custom orthotics, which made my foot pain worse. I buy exclusively Naot and own only a few Abeo booties (from previous years) which don’t bother my foot too much yet. I love Naot mules. So classy, I love all leather, this is my third pair of Naot mules.

Love these! Comfortable, stylish....look great with jeans or dress outfit up. Heel’s not too high; I have a very bad back and these don’t bother it at all. I’m able to stand for several hours. Definitely recommended

I love these, I can wear a 38 but these I purchased a 39 because of the toe being a little pointy. Not too pointy but enough that I needed extra toe room. I can wear them without my feet hurting. I don't think I would wear for a lot of walking but to work they are great. The black looks great with ankle pants and skirts and dresses, even with jeans. I am happy that I got them. I have tried many brands I am very happy with my purchase.

When I spend ALMOST $200.00 on a shoe I expect it to be WELL MADE, this seems like a reasonable expectation. The THIN TOP FABRIC LINER in the bed of the shoe peels up, bunches up. So what this means is that the FABRIC is obviously not GLUED DOWN, ATTACHED well enough! I have not been able to get this LINER to LAY FLAT in the shoe as it was when I first put it on. This is very annoying and I was considering buying another color of this shoe but are having doubts about this unless I can FIX the problem with the LINER. This is not OK for such an EXPENSIVE SHOE!

First of all, the shoes came with no box and clearly used. For almost $200, that’s not acceptable. Secondly, they are substantially smaller and narrower than the chestnut color I also just bought although the two pairs are supposed to be the same size. So these are definitely going back.

It is a beautiful shoe. Material is very soft. I have a narrow foot and it fits perfectly. But I really like this brand so expected it to be great!

I absolutely love Naot. Especially these new mules. I’m glad Naot keeps introducing new styles for me to buy! For me getting custom orthotics twice was a waste of money, as my feet still hurt. My foot pain is gone by wearing Naot all the time. Just got back from our beach trip where I wear beach slip-on’s because I don’t want to ruin any of my Naots. My left foot hurt until I got back to the beach rental and put back on my Naots! I think Naot works well for me because I gave little to no arch. Shoes with too high arches hurt.

Slipped them and walked for hours in perfect comfort especially arch support.

I so wished this was the perfect shoe for me, BUT, there was no stretch across the top of the foot and it was tight on me. Otherwise the foot bed was soooo comfortable and I really wanted this for travel and long walking. I did return but hated to.

There is an arch pad, but I wouldn't call it supportive. I purchased these because reviews said that they are narrow enough to stay one the foot, which is true. The material was great and unlike most slides, actually stays on the foot. But I need decent arch support and this just didn't do the trick. Looks like I'll have to stick with Naot Kayla style for enough arch support.

Overall loving these mules. The materials are great. The shock absorbing sole is nice and comfortable. The foam insole is comfy. Top leather very nice, looks high quality, no imperfections. The interior is lined in leather so it feels good. The style is pretty cute, kind of minimalist and sleek. I like how the heel looks separate instead like a wedge and is a faux stacked leather but better. It’s more comfortable than hard leather and won’t get ruined in a puddle. Major plus is these totally stay on my feet, unlike some mules where it’s an effort with each step to keep them on. (One small gripe I have with this brand is that they put a little white sticker inside (maybe quality control?) and it’s a pain peeling them off. They tear and leave a gluey residue. Ugh. Wish they’d use a more removable sticker. Oh well. Still a really great brand and that would never deter me from buying more of their shoes.)

These clogs are classy! I have been eyeing them for a very long time and I received them as a Mother’s Day gift. ( I chose them :) I have very narrow feet and I pronate. I usually use orthotics. I purchased the black leather ( it’s buttery soft) one size smaller than my usual size because I thought that my actual size would be too wide. The smaller size is perfect! I hope that they don’t stretch. I am unable to use my orthotics in these because they won’t fit, but I think that the Naot insole is quite comfortable. Love them!

These shoes are so cute and comfy! Unfortunately my big toes rubbed on the sides. Returning.

I was very excited to order these Naot Asin's.......I'm a huge fan of this brand and have 6 pair in my closet right now!!! When I opened the box I immediately saw that the left shoe was wider than the right.......and once I tried them on it was also apparent this was the case. The left shoe just wanted to slip off. I am very sad to return these but will try something else in the future.......I'm still a Naot and Zappos fan!!!!

This seems to be a beautiful shoe. Sadly they arrived already worn. I might not object to them as used shoes if not for the new shoe price tag. I’m disappointed that Zappos misrepresented this product so badly.

These are very comfortable. Proper width for a slender foot, proper length with foot riding inside of entire shoe. Toe box very comfortable, my hammer toe does not show, and the box of this shoe has plenty of room without being to wide. Its a very attractive slender, stylish shoe that is easy to walk in and stays on my foot. Some have mentioned walking out of shoe, but I did not have this problem. I also tried it with a wool hiking sock And the shoe still fit very comfortably. I wear these same wool socks with my Haflinger wool clogs in winter, and it is the only way I can keep my feet warm. Uggs do not work keeping my feet warm.... very strange but its so! The heel is a perfect height, comparable to my low Haflinger clogs. The leather is a beautiful soft black with a soft sheen......not shiny. These are comparable to my Haflinger clogs in comfort. I purchased the chestnut as well, but they were shorter and wider! Both pair of shoes are a 42. I wear an 11 US. I loved the Chestnut color and would have kept them had they fit as well as the black pair. These are expensive, but the idea of slipping on so easily, and not appearing as if I’m wearing bedroom slippers such as my Haflinger clogs was very appealing. I do not wear Troentorp clogs any longer as they are to high for me to feel safe walking in them. This Naot mule, clog, slip on however u view this style is just what I was hoping for in walkability and comfort, and style. The shoe is elegant!

I have been looking for the perfect shoe to wear when I'm home that is comfortable, attractive, providies good/excellent arch support and doesnot look like orthopedic shoes! I feel like I have been buying and returning shoes all day long for the past several m onths...not anymore!!!! This is the perfecr pair of shoes, meeting all of my requiirements.

I LOVE this shoe. The materials are excellent quality, the fit is perfect, they look great with everything and I could walk anywhere in these wonderful shoes.
