These are very pretty to wear but the arch support was very little (less than moderate for me). I hope others can comfortably wear these. They are so sleek and a deep, rich black suede.

I have a narrow 12 foot and this was so tight across the top of my foot (with a nylon), lots of pressure on top of foot trying to walk. But, the shoes look very nice with a dark heel and black pebbled leather.

I was very disappointed in the look of the "mixed metallic" Lodos. From the picture on the website I expected it to have a kind of woven look in silver, black, bronze, and maybe some gold. Unfortunately, they look stamped, not woven, and they're splotchy shades of brown like big reptile patterns. I've attached a couple of photos so you can compare with what's online. They're not awful, just not what I expected from the photo.

I was wanting a slide shoe to wear with jeans. Love the style. I tried on 2 different and couldn't get my foot all the way in the shoe. Sorry I have to send back.

I love clogs and this style really appealed to me but I didn't like the color of the soles so sent them back. It distracted from the actual shoe and plus they weren't sized right nor did they feel that comfortable which is why I looked for this brand.

I have a pair of Naot sandals which I like and find very comfortable - especially since I have plantar faciitis in my left foot. I purchased these based on my experience with the sandals and seeing them pictured on the model. They are comfortable but seem a little bigger than the sandal in the same size. However I think they are very unattractive on. Look clunky and sadly cheap. I have only worn them once out and will keep them for working in the yard. I wish there was a shoe designer who made attractive, couture shows with arch support. Sadly Naot and other brands with arch support are all in expensive and lack the designer shoe style.

The two shoe were not the same size. They were both marked size 9, the left shoe barely fit over my instep and my heel was on the edge. The left shoe did not appear to be as well made as the right. The right was slightly too large, the left merely impossible.

Had been anticipating getting this issue. But once it arrived, the quality of the top portion, was definitely missing. Was so disappointed had to return it.

PRetty color, my normal size was way too big, returned, didn’t love enough to try a different size. Didn’t think they’d be comfortable and fit well.

Not the Naot shoe I'm used to. I buy this brand for the style and comfort. The footbed was not supportive or comfortable after about 1 hour. Shoe appeared to be new, but the footbed was not great. Appeared to be worn - not sure. Not sure if it's a Naot issue or a Zappos return issue - allowing returns for so long - makes you wonder if the shoe is new or not.

The sides and back of the heal (on the inside) are not stitched and are barely glued. They are already coming off. Not what I would expect from this company and at this price.

The woven pattern led to the same side on both the left and right shoe. It should have led to one side on the right shoe and one side on the left shoe. Very disappointed in craftsmanship on these shoes.

Not happy! It comes closer to size 4.5 - 5 than a 4. My foot is a true size 4. It's really sad when you can't trust the seller. It's getting harder to find an actual size 4 from anyone. When you have to result to a childs shoe it gets harder because no 67 year old likes walking around with lights on their feet. A bigger issue is there isn't any support. Sincerely, Lee Ann Gossum

The quality of the top part of this shoe was definitely lacking. It had a wrinkle in it, and you could tell that with any wear, the Wrinkle would become more pronounced. Had to return this shoe.

I love these shoes, very classy. However, the insole ripped only a few times after wearing it! I bout a replacement insole for $50, the same size and it was too long!

I’d give it a good review except for the fact they’ve YET to give me my refund for RETURNING THEM!!
