Warmest sub zero jacket I've ever owned. Would highly recommend

I bought an XL at first but this jacked does run small!!!!! Columbia was then super accommodating getting me a larger size that i could easily put thicker layers under. Living in Alaska with temps getting down to -40 this is the best coat I've ever had and durable!

I love this Jacket! this is the 3rd Whirlbird interchange I've owned over about 25 years and they suit my active lifestyle in Alaska perfectly-everything from skiing at -30 to dog walks in the warm spring sunshine! And this color/design is the best one yet, I get so many compliments!

Love this jackets - looks very cool and is extremely warm and comfy. Haven't had much time to really try it out, but so far so good. Has plenty pockets, and fits well - now I have the right size. I had tried the 2X, but was neat around the middle. I have the 3X and its a perfect fit. I may be chunky, but I am still active outside, and wanted a great jackets / combo for winter, but also could be used in the summer - heading to Alaska, and needed a great waterproof jacket. I can always remove the lining, and use either jackets if too warm for both. I love my Ice Station Zebra jackets as its affectionally called.

Excellent jacket. I love the puffer on the inside with the heat wear. The raincoat over jacket keeps you dry. It has a hood, that while most of really don't think about a lot, when you leave in rainy climates you really start to consider a jacket just around how good the hood is or is not. If you are considering this jacket, know the hood fits the head really nicely with adjustment in the rear to pull it off the eyes a bit.

Fits well, on par sizing. It's easy to convert between the types, and the inner looks very cute. Very warm. Keeps me warm and toasty on 0 45 minute dog walks with wind. Fits a balaclava under the hood.

I love Columbia items, and my new jacket is no exception! The functionality, the fit, and the color are all great. The only change I would recommend would be to add a double zipper, as I use one so often on my other jackets! Otherwise, very pleased and can't wait to try it out on the slopes this season!

I bought to coat for a trip to Europe to visit the Christmas markets. This is an excellent coat that is well made. I wore it all three ways depending on the weather and temperature. I love all the zip closed pockets and wish I would've remembered that the outer coat has side vents for a few times I felt a little overheated.

Excellent coat, perfect for 4 seasons, very versatile

I have tried other interchange coats in the past and you just cannot find the same warmth or quality as you do in Columbia coats. This coat is super warm and has the arm vents to cool you down while doing more strenuous activities outside. I was so happy with the appearance of the coat as well, it is much prettier in person than in the photos. I highly recommend this coat. I still have my other one that i purchased 4 years ago and it still keeps me plenty watm, i just wanted a change. I love my coat!

I purchased this jacket for a camping trip in the Eastern Sierras. During my trip, I was anywhere from 4,000 feet in elevation to 11,000 ft. and it kept me warm while I was hiking and moving around. It was perfect for my needs and I highly recommend it.

Columbia quality never disappoints. The color, the fabric , the functionality are incredible. I can't wait for cold weather to return - seriously!!!

Great coat for skiing and other outdoor winter activities. Sizing was accurate, length appropriate. Both the shell and interior are useful on their own.
