Love the shoe but as someone who must wear AA, I?m tired of being limited to one design. I?m not a pink person, but this style was better than the black/day glo-orange/purple model from last year. PLEASE GIVE US MORE DESIGN CHOICES IN AA!!!!!!!!!!

Got these for my flat feet after not buying new running shoes for over 6 years! They are overall, really good and I will definitely be getting use of out them. I find them better for actual running than other training activities as they are supportive and sturdy, but a little heavy feeling on my feet and can be cumbersome in other workouts (if I do a lot of jumping around my feet are sometimes sore afterwards). Definitely a good runner shoe for flat feet but I like my Women's Adrenaline GTS 20 a little bit better overall. Still can't go wrong with Brooks, very high quality!

Cushion was lacking. Width was fantastic. Probably fine for walking but for distance running (4-14 miles) a bit tough on the feet.

These run 1/2 size small and narrower than usual. I would recommend ordering a half size up and a width up if your feet are even somewhat wide. I ordered a wide which are normally fine in other shoes, but exchanged for extra wide. This is my first time buying Brooks. They are very comfortable once the sizing is correct.

This was my first pair of Addiction. They fall in the scope of the model/specifications for my foot and run type. It did take me at least 2 weeks of running (and walking as still on limited activities in my city due to COVID) to feel like they were broken in and comfortable. As a mid foot striker for running/jogging I just didn't get energy in return. My disappointment was that the stitching from the inside to the outside (near the final shoe lace hole) started to fray after 3 weeks of use. I have never had a Brooks sneaker wear down like that at all and most definitely at this stage of wear.

Great fit for my narrow foot. Excellent support and cushion. Would not choose this color, but that was what was available and I needed new shoes ASAP. I use these shoes for walking/power walking. Size 9N size was true to size.

These shoes felt good right away. So tired of not having a selection of NARROW shoes. These work fine and have been comfortable on two long hikes. Please manufacture more narrow sizes in a variety of shoes. Tired of only having black and one or two pairs when there are hundreds in other widths.

Liked the look and colors/ design.
Wish I had more cushioning, but I am overweight...

Addiction offers support that other shoes don't. I had purchased a different Brooks shoe and at the end of the day experienced a lot of leg and back pain; not the case with Addictions. The option of extra wide width if wonderful as I have a lot of arthritis in my feet and most shoes are simply too tight. Wish there was a choice of colors. I am not a runner; just need a shoe that I can wear all day for normal walking.

A very comfortable shoe, like the Addiction 13 was. However, I much preferred the Addiction 13 style and colors. In particular the color: "Evening Blue/Teal Victory/Purple Cactus Flower". It was an awesome color! I looked everywhere to find that color in my size, but to no avail. Please bring it back! If you do, I'll buy 2 pair!
Thanks -Robin

The shoe is a favorite, and has for several years. I order the same style and size. We are in Lockdown here at my senior living apartments, so we cannot go shopping now would it be safe to do so. The old pair of Runner was replaced because the ball of my foot had worn down the pad. I had purchased pads to help, but felt it was time to replace the shoe. And I'm glad i did. These fit just fine. I no longer run; I'm 90 years. I loved to run when younger, but the doctor indicated my knees would suffer now. The shoestrings take a while to loosen for takeoff, but I'm getting used to them.

If you need maximum support and motion control for walking this shoe would be perfect. However, for running when you don't need that much support it is like a brick. Not very flexible at all. I gave it s high rating because if you need full support you should check them out.

I have purchased Addiction Walkers for several years now.. Its the only shoe I can wear that gives me the support and comfort I need. The addiction 14 fits me much better than the 13. I like the design and the wider foot bed in the toe box. My one complaint is that you no longer make the SHOE STRINGS long enough. I wear orthotics and lace up the shoe to the last hole in the top of the shoe and its too short to tie it. I then have to purchase 54" shoe strings which I shouldn't have to do!! Please take this in to consideration for your customers.

I have ordered this same style shoe for several years now. Very very comfortable. I had a problem with my addiction style 12 and Addiction 13 where outside material wore through. Brooks followed thru with an apology and sent me a free pair. I now have ordered the addiction 14 and noticed they changed the material around the top that gave me an issue in the past.

I have returned them - like the support of the GTS Better- shoe laces to short but over all a good shoe just personally believe the GTS is a better fit for me

I bought these shoes because I began walking 3 miles a day. I’m happy to say that they are very good for walking. No arch support which is really good for me. They have a real good cushion and are a bit thicker than the shoes I’m used to wearing but this is a good thing. They also feel a little heavy so I don’t think I would run in them but good for circuit training and walking. I’m happy with them!

I've been wearing Brooks Ghosts for 4 plus years now. I use to run 3 K till I injured my hip and knee so now I'm a walker so I switched to the Addiction walker sneaker. They DO have more support than the Ghost but much LESS "forward motion." I felt a little more energized with the Ghosts but my knees do hurt less with the Addiction walker. I had to switch out my sneakers for a wide which I am grateful this sneaker comes in. Thanks Brooks for an awesome shoe! I want to try the Adrenaline GTS next.

I love the shoe, but the mesh material has torn in multiple places.

Finally found a shoe that my screwed up feet can tolerate fairly well and that don't look too crazy with colors. But now my size is out of stock and I cannot order a second (or even third) pair. Not fair!!!!

I ordered the Brooks Addictions before trying them on based on the reviews I'd read. So far, I am happy with them. I have to wear shoes that help with pronation and the last pair of Brooks Transcendence I ran in were great. What I have found with the Addictions are they are less stiff on breaking in, the heel is lower to the groung and there is less arch support - but so far, so good.
