Very comfortable shoe, bought 1/2 size up to use as a walking shoe. This is my third pair of the Ghost series to use for city walking, the sole holds up well. Wish there was a waterproof option of this shoe.

Always been true to ASICS and after 4 tries could not find one that had a wide enough toe box and enough cussing in the heel. They had either one or the other. Saw other posts about Brooks and decided to try. Found these had both a wide enough toe box and enough cushion in the heel for my 9 mile walks.

I am a nurse. When I get home from work my knees, hip and back start to hurt when I sit down. I have been buying the same brand of shoe for over 20 years so I went out on a limb when I bought these shoes after doing some research. I am in love with these shoes! No pain! What more can I say? I am up on my feet all day and accepted I would be in pain when I get off work. No pain after wearing these shoes! I am thrilled.

Actually, love the shoes. I always wore New Balance running shoes but wanted a change, so I tried the Brooks Ghost 12. They are perfect! It was a little difficult trying to decide on a different brand, because due to COV-19 I wasn't able to go to a store to try for the correct size. These are exactly the same fit as the New Balance. I wore them today for a 4 mile walk and they are great.

Fit and size true to what I always wear. I had ordered Brooks Ariel 20. Wore them for 2 weeks and sent them back. TheGhost 12 is a better shoe for me! (Working out on cardio machines inside. I am not a runner.) These Ghost are more comfortable, feel more supportive. I’m hoping I’ll be happy with them. So far, very good!

These shoes are amazing for plantar fasciitis. So comfortable and durable. Love!

I wear a 7 in most other shoes but have always worn an 8 in Brooks. I have been wearing Brooks exclusively for at least 15 years. Started out wearing Adrenalines (due to moderate pronation) but last year needed to switch to Ghosts, a neutral shoe, because of PF. Fitted by Brooks specialist initially and after beginning to use a 2 toe loop metatarsal pad for my PF which supplemented my lack of fat pads on my foot (I am 59 years old) I was able to return to running without any problems. The wider toe box of the Ghost was the key. The are so comfortable and I am on my second pair.

I had Ghost 11, so knew to size up 1/2-size.

The fit, as always, is perfect for me...width, length. Very comfortable and, I think, stylish. I’m a walker/schlogger now...about a 15 min/mile pace and I love them

This is the second pair of Ghosts I've gotten (granted the last ones were the 8th Edition) and these feel like a huge upgrade in comfort and fit. They feel really sleek and light but I feel well supported and really comfortable. There's considerable padding in the front for those of us who run more on the balls instead of heel. Also the two box is amazingly roomy, the main reason I buy these. I got the black and white pair and the design is really nice. The ONLY downside I've seen sofar is that I wish the laces were just a little longer =)

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I have long, narrow feet that are very hard to fit and these were comfortable right out of the box. I ran 5K in them yesterday, the second time I've worn them, and had no problems. I'd like them to be even a little narrower, but they work for my feet. They feel more padded and supportive than my previous pair of Asics running shoes (which ripped after not a lot of use), and fit much better as well. The style is nice as well. Some shoes look clownish in my size (11), but these aren't too bad. And I love that there are so many color choices - I might have to get a second pair in another color. :)

I have spent last month trying to find a perfect running shoes (20+ pairs tested). Initially, I did not like the design of brooks, but the feel and comfort won me over. The most important thing about these shoes is that they are one with my feet, meaning they keep my feet attached to the shoe so there are no loose and unsupported spots. I was almost decided on Bondi6 but my feet were moving too much in them! I wear 6 in street shoes and 7 in Brooks were perfect while 6 in Bondi6 were still a bit loose.

SO glad to have the high, tight ankle back in my Brooks and the wide toe box, and cushy insole. Haven't switched to my orthotics yet b/c it feels pretty good so far!

Love these, great stability and cushioning

The fit was great. Ordered my regular size. The arch support felt so good, just what my feet needed. I am 70 yr old grandma deciding to get some exercise during coved-19. Did my regular 2.6 miles with these shoes and knocked off 8 minutes of my time on my first power walk. These shoes just want to make you go. I developed a heel blister 2nd day but want to blame my socks and not the shoe itself. I received the 30 day notice for return if the shoes don’t work out, but am pretty sure these will be a great shoe. This is only my first week with them. I have done other ortho-type shoes in the past, but these are the best. PS, my maiden name is BROOKS so don’t know why I haven’t ever given these a chance in the past. The Ghost 12 was best decision ever made.

I too wore out my Ghost 10's, skipped the 11's and am happy with the 12's.

The Brooks Ghost 12 are great for my feet as I have a bunion on right foot and the mesh fabric has the right amount of stretch to accommodate the pressure. I wear these for walking and sized up a full size from 9 to 10 in wide for my needs. I tend to do more walking more on a treadmill but have been walking outside due to restrictions based on the closing of our gym. The cushioning may not last as long walking on concrete pavement. Overall though happy with my purchase.

First bought white pair,loved them! On my feet all day for work,super comfortable so ended up buying black pair also. Zappos is definitely the way to go!!! Quick delivery ?

Love these shoes and replace them with the same ones every time. Great cushion and stability, I love the narrow width. Good colors every time!

I wasn't planning on liking these shoes. I have been a lifelong Asics wearer but the Asics were getting weirder by the minute - first the toe box shrank then the padding was thin. My daughter recommended I try the Brooks Ghost. Knowing Brooks generally run narrow, I ordered my usual size but in a Wide width. Then I ran in them. Seriously? They are fabulous! And they are reasonably priced. I just ordered two more pair so I can rotate them - plenty of color options too.

I love the Ghost 12! I believe they run true to size. I wear an 81/2 D, and these in my opinion have a better fit than Ghost 11. I faced absolutely no problems with breaking in. First time worn I had no issues going 6 miles. Might not seem a lot to some but I’ll be turning 65 next month. THANKS BROOKS, for getting it right!

This is my 4th pair! I started with Ghost 10 and moved on to the 11 and now the 12...always a little unsure if they are going to stay true and so far...they have! Absolutely love them!!!

Comfortable from the first moment i slipped them on...nice space in the toe-box and great cushioning.
