I knew to order a half size larger than I do normally. This shoes does run a little small. I also got a wide width. Feels great and great quality.

Perfect in all ways.....from shoe to service!!

This is the first time I've purchased Brooks shoes, and I'm really happy with these. I was looking for a wide toe box, narrow heal, and plenty of cushion. They provide all three.

The color and style is nice and so far they are comfortable. Usually, I get the Addiction 13 style but decided to try the Ghost this time. These are a little more stylish to me. I had to return the first pair and size up a half size. I do a lot of walking and in the couple weeks since I've been wearing them they've been comfortable and supportive.

I normally wear a 9.0 in Brooks Ghost - Ghost 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 - all were consistent with the sizing. I previously ordered a Ghost 12 in size 9.0 and they were noticeably smaller - they were 1/2 size smaller. I ordered 9.5 and am happy with the fit.

These Brooks Ghost 12 running shoes were big step up from my normal Asics running shoes. Great fit and cushion. Feels like you are running on a cloud and shoes propel you forward and increase your stride with little effort.

I used to love the Wave Rider 21, the 22 and 23 not so much (something had definitely changed) so when I discovered the Brooks Ghost 12, I was really happy as were my feet!

This is my 3rd pair of the Ghost 12 just because they are so wonderful for running and strength workouts but also are nice for a busy day on clinics, errands, and even easy hikes. I love this type of Brooks shoe so if you have a neutral foot and like Brooks, chances are you'll love these shoes. They also are fairly durable because I am pretty tough on shoes....love them!

I ordered these at 5pm yesterday and they were delivered at 2pm today! Are you kidding me?! That’s incredible! So kudos to Zappos, first of all. Second of all, these shoes are incredible. I’m positive that if clouds had substance and you could actually walk on them, this shoe is exactly what it would feel like. If you’re questioning the price or the quality, don’t. These are worth every single penny!

I have ordered and returned many pairs of walking shoes in the past month because of my bunion. These shoes are PERFECT. They felt excellent right out of the box and I am able to walk 2-3 miles easily every day. In addition, they look good. I will be ordering more.

I love these shoes. I've been buying Brooks Ghost shoes for a long time (Since the Ghost 4), and I'm always disappointed when I buy something else. These are no exception, and they may just be my favorite pair yet.

This was a great shoe but seemed to run about 1/2 size smaller than I was ready for . I normally wear a 9 but it was too small. Will need to bump up 1/2 size larger.

I'm switching to a more neutral shoe to correct my underpronation, plus I wanted a sneaker with tread made for asphalt. These are perfect - so cushiony! I normally wear a wide because of bunions, and the Ghost 12 wide has a roomy toebox. The combination of these with my pain relieving inserts is heavenly! I'm doing a lot more walks around the neighborhood now. Size note: these were *ever* so slightly smaller than my other brands of trail runners (like 1/4 size. 1/2 size up was WAY too big), so I wear a thinner sock.

I was pleasantly surprised by these. I’ve struggled to like Brooks, but these were over-the-top comfortable, like floating on a cloud. I wish they could be used more for running, but I have a feeling that with my high arches, excessive use would hurt my legs eventually. Still, excellent support and an absolute pleasure to wear. The only issue is they tend to get a bit hot due to insulation issues.

Since developing metatarsalgia, Brooks have been my go to sneakers. And since I've been working from home I have been able to wear them almost exclusively. After realizing my Ghost 11's were worn down and lacking the support I was used to, I upgraded to the Ghost 12 and I love them! They fit my insoles perfectly and are so comfortable. The design is great.

Incredibly comfortable. I walk heavy on my heels and these sneakers have great cushion in the heal and throughout. Very supportive. Bought a second pair almost immediately to wear around the house. I'm a walker, not a runner, so I can't comment on their performance running.

I have fallen in love with this shoe and have bought several pairs in anticipation of it being "remodeled/re-designed". This is the first athletic shoe that provides great support for not only my feet but for my back as well. They have become my favorite walking shoe.

Most comfortable running shoes ever. I have very wide feet and a narrow heel, so it's difficult to find shoes that really fit. I took these on a test run and was blown away. Plenty of cushion for my knees.

Third pair of Brooks - fabulous - no breaking in - just out them on and you are good to go !

I debated getting a wide width, but glad I did not, these shoes are game changers for me. I have had New Balance, Saucony and Mizuno's and Brooks Ghost 12 is by far the best shoe I have worn. I feel nothing in my knees when I walk and the top of my foot would sometimes hurt when I would job or walk and I have no problems now. I ordered the Black and Gold, but was hesitant it might be too flashy. It's not, it perfect.

I'm currently getting a larger, wider Ghost 12. The shoe is incredibly cushioned and comfortable, but it's just too small (by a size) and narrow for me. I'm usually a B width, but I'm going to try a wide width in these. Toes crossed that the larger, wider version will do the trick!

The shoe is wonderful. This is my second pair. Love it for high impact aerobics, walking, and wear them all the time.

I have a very difficult foot to fit. I rarely find a shoe that is really narrow at the heel yet gives toe room. I usually try on shoes & send them back immediately. This shoe is great for walking on rough surfaces which I do almost daily. I couldn't ask for better & intend to try to order in another color although at this point there none left in my size. I'll keep trying .
