I only have experience with the ghost 11, I have to say the comfort of the 12s is an improvement for sure. I ordered my regular size of 8 wide and it fits perfectly. I have tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in both of my feet but my left one has been in a lot of pain lately. I am on my feet all night at work in retail and need a comfortable shoe with no foot pain. Thank you Zappos for having my size in stock as well. Sometimes it is hard to find a wide in my size. So far very happy with my purchase!!

Fit great. Size the same as all my shoes - didn't run small for me like some people say. Very comfortable. Very happy with them.

I size up 1/2 size for running! The Ghost feel a teeny tiny bit shorter by the toe box (than the Launch I normally wear) and feel slightly more rounded in the toe box - which makes for a very comfy fit! They’re super cushy and have a decent arch feel (I have high arches)! I’ve run a few times I. Them and am very happy with the Ghost!!

After having to switch from the Glycerin due to the new narrow toe box, I am so pleased with this shoe. The toe box is wide and the shoe is very cushioned. The arch support is moderate. Until the Glycerin is redesigned with a larger toe box this will be my go to shoe. I wear a D width.

I am typically a size 9 in all of my shoes but this shoe, you most certainly need to go up a half size. These are by far the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I am not a big fan of running but it is required for my career; that being said, I look forward to putting these shoes on and hitting the pavement. You won't be disappointed!

Love these shoes - have had several pairs of "Ghosts" and they do not disappoint! Ordering from Zappos is a breeze.

I always wear Brooks and love this pair, too. Plenty of room in the toe box area, great cushioning, and good flex.

I have narrower than usual feet, but in athletic shoes I generally wear a medium. These were a bit wide in the box. I purchased 1/2 size up from my normal size and bought a narrow. Those fit perfectly. These shoes are super comfortable! I love my new pair in the correct size..

I wear a Size 9 usually but I bought a 9 1/2. Glad I did! Now it fits perfectly. These shoes have really helped my aching feet problems.

Great wearing shoe

These are very comfortable shoes! I've got knee problems and wide feet. I'm so happy they come in a wide width. Lots of shock absorption in the heels, too. I like sneakers that don't have a lot of jazzy colors ... I liked the styling of the Ghost 11s better ... these have reflective stripes across the toe area. And the toe-box on these are much more square-looking than the Ghost 11s. However, since I can't get the Ghost 11s any more, these Ghost 12s are a very, very, good option.

Love these shoes! I've always had high arches and these are very supportive. When I got fitted for running shoes, these were the best ones. I prefer tighter running shoes (so I don't feel like my feet are slipping around). I wear a 6.5 in regular shoes and I know it is recommended to go up a half size in running shoes, but I actually go down a half size in these and wear a 6. This is my second pair and they are great!

I have a pair of Ghost 10 and these are a great upgrade/replacement.

Cute sneakers! Love the color! I put them on today ... and they are still on! I usually wear a 10 W... but so many said order up and I did - and they fit perfect!! 10.5 W. I have heel spurs ... but don’t notice with these. These are light in weight! Thank you others for your reviews to order up a size! I will order these again!

Shoes fit perfectly and took a 5 mile walk immediately after putting them on and they felt great! So happy they arrived so quickly after ordering!

Plenty of room in the toe box

These sneakers feel great. They are true to size and width, very comfortable and supportive, and I like how they look. They are my new favorite running shoes. However, after only 4 weeks of wearing them, there are tears in the collar. I don’t think this should happen. What will they look like in another month?! I have have 2 pairs in 2 different colors.

The size and fit are great. I had read some of the reviews before hand. I went with 1/2 size up and I ordered a wide to fit my orthopedic inserts.

Loving this shoe. I’m a teacher and started wearing Brooks about 2 years ago, this is my 3rd pair. The previous 2 styles I bought were both Launch. I spent a little more on the Ghost, but it is very worth it. They are light weight and have great support. The cushioned soles keep my feet and back from hurting at the end of a long day.

The fit was great. I like the wide toe box.
