I have been wearing Adrenaline's for over 10 years and have always been a size 10.5. I felt like the 10.5's that I originally ordered were a little big for my foot and I don't like a shoe that is too loose because it feels "sloppy" when I run. Exchanged for a size 10 and it fits great, even with inserts. I have received TONS of compliments on the style! Brooks is crushing it with the prints!

I have been through many, many pairs of Brooks Adrenaline shoes. I walk five plus miles a day and suffer from arthritic knees and I am currently dealing with my third round of plantar fasciitis. These are my tried and true shoes for support. I am an 8 1/2 and normal width in regular shoes but I find that a 9 1/2 in these shoes is the most comfortable size for me. I get really excited when I see them in fun and funky colors and designs! I don’t think that I will ever quit wearing this brand and style.

I have worn these before and always order a whole size up. Love them, very comfortable.

The shoes runs a full size smaller. Nevertheless, it gives excellent support, comfort, and it looks great.

Love this shoe! I’ve been wearing GTS’s for years. The area at the tip of my big right toe always busts through, but now they’ve added reinforcement in that area. Awesome!

I am recovering from two surgeries on one foot and plantar fasciitis on the other foot. These shoes are wonderful! I was able to go on a 4.5 mile walk the first time I put them on, which was the longest distance I have done since before I had surgery. 10/10 would recommend and would purchase again!

Fit and size were perfect. I need a wide shoe that also supports a flat arch. The adrenalines are wonderful for this purpose. Zappos had my right size and width in more than one color option. Win all around. Highly recommend this brand and this style if you need a good athletic shoe with solid support.

Fit and support were great. Relieved my foot problems and didn't look like orthopedic shoes.

I have problem feet and started wearing orthotics in all my shoes a few years ago. The orthotics also dictate that I wear a larger shoe size, especially in running shoes. I needed a pair of white running/walking shoes, and have had good luck with the fit and comfort of Brooks shoes in the past. I’ve found that they run about a half size short though, so instead of my usual size 8/39, I ordered an 8.5 in two Brooks models. I ordered both Adrenaline 20 and Ghost 12 on the basis of user comments on fit. The Adrenaline pair are perfect. I have a slim heel but need more room in the forefoot, and Adrenaline delivers on both counts. They hug my heels while giving my forefoot and toes room to spread. Conversely, the Ghost 12 model is cut narrower in the forefoot while the heels slip, pulling my sock off my heel. Ghost is being returned. Adrenaline 20 is staying right here on my feet. It’s a winner!

I have worn nothing but Brooks Adrenaline for well over 10 years. They provide good support & cushion & always are true to size.

I find these to be just like my Adrenaline GTS 19's. I did buy up half a size based on recommendations, but they were too big and I went back to my usual size. I wear a 10 with EE widith with custom orthotics and these are wonderful for me! I love Brooks shoes and wear them daily for work and at home.

I'm coming out! This is my first foray into cross dressing. I'm a guy that typically buys this shoe in men's 9EE and I couldn't find a white Adrenaline in my size so I figured I'd check out the women's version. I bought an 11D (so +2 size and -1 width) and it is perfect. I actually thought I might need an 11EE but that proved to be too wide. So before I go on let me apologize to all the women out there for buying up your shoes but these are great. I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for a long time (since GTS11 I think). I have plantar fasciitis and a wide (EE for men) foot so my doctor recommended these because of their arch support and raised heal over toe. In truth I remove the inner pad and replace with an Archmold insert because I need even more support then these provide but the body of the shoe accommodates them perfectly. Having said all that the GTS20 is much better than the GTS19. It's more comfortable and easier to get the tightness I need at the top and bottom of the laces while allowing the additional room I need over the arch. I imagine these are going to fit most any shape / size foot. And the white shoes are my faves.

I am not a runner. I bought these shoes for brisk walks on a treadmill and on the road. I feel like I am walking on a cloud, and yet I have control of my steps. I ordered another pair of these sneakers since new models bring challenges to my problematic feet (plantar fasciitis, neuroma, achilles tendonitis, and ankles instability) . Per Zappos recommendation, I ordered half size up. Thank you Zappos for your patience and advice.

If you liked last year's Glycerin model, this seems to be a decent replacement. You lose a little of the cushioning, but it supports about the same and the toebox/heel/lace configurations are similar. I work in a busy imaging dept so I need good shoes. I've been wearing these to work for about a week now and they're doing fine.

Oh so comfy! Had a hard time finding a dressy sneaker for work after big toe fusion. One big challenge is having a half size difference in foot sizes. The ties and shape are adjustable to both my feet. Brooks fits the bill. Comfortable, supportive and comes in great color options. Super cool support hose in pic :)

Perfect fit! I’ve had several pairs of Adrenalines through the years but these might be my favorite! The new cushion structure makes you feel like you’re walking on clouds, and the wider toe box is extremely comfortable. Might have to buy a few more pair of these!

I have owned Brooks Adrenaline shoes for years. Periodically Brooks changes something about the shoes and I had purchased several of the 18 model because it seemed to fit the best. But it was time for a new pair and this design caught my eye. I thought it might be too bold but it really isn’t. It’s a good mix of colors and they look fabulous on. I ordered a half size up to give my feet room when I run. They don’t feel too large and the width is perfect. They have great arch support and the cushioning is just the right amount.

love this fun, cute shoe. I plan to wear it to 'kick around' not enough support for super long walks or trail walks. I really planned these for the gym and to throw on for errands

Better than expected usually wear ghost but the were out of stock so I took a chance live them

Brooks running shoes are the greatest. This is my 5th pair and will continue to be on my shopping list.

These fit like a glove and very true to size. I ordered Ghost 12 in same size and had to return because they were too small. These do not even feel like they need broke in and the roomy toe box area is perfect for bunion pain on 4 mile daily walk. Exchange Ghost for next half size up and they’re too big. So going with initial feeling and exchanging for second pair of GTS 20’s. Hope to find another great design. Love these!

Shoes are well cushioned and my feet don’t hurt after long runs. Can’t ask for more!
