I only buy Brooks Adrenaline. However this version 20 is not to my liking. I loved my 19's. But these feel heavier, bulkier, stiffer and even the laces are fat and make it difficult to tie. Where as the 19's had flatter sport laces. Also, I guess I should have figured out by the color description of "emerald" but I think I was looking more at the color on the screen, which appeared to be teal. Well guess what? They are super Irish sparkly green. No thank you. Unfortunately returning.

Brooks are my go-to shoe after a long ago recommendation from a Physical Therapist. I need stability and arch support. Oh darn it, I really wanted to love these. I find the Adrenaline GTS to be inconsistent year to year. One year I love the fit ('19), sometimes I don't ('18 and '20). This year was narrow in the toe box and less arch support than last year. I will go back to Ariel, which is a bit clunky looking for work but so it goes.

A huge mistake. I've been wearing this shoe fo 15 years - 3 marathons and 14 half marathons. The GTS19 were the very best. This feels like a completely different shoe. I felt metatarsal pain when I put them on. I did a 1 mile dog walk and was limping on the way home. They did something strange to my gait. Will have to return. I don't know where to turn - I need a narrow heel and wide toe box.

I love these shoes so much! Always a fan of Brooks but these are so cute! The leopard print brings my black scrubs to life!

This is my 2nd pair I've purchased from Zappos in 4 months- Absolutely love this shoe + color. I can only run in Brooks Adrenaline, so I was thrilled to see the upgraded colors from the 19 (ugh- horrible color selection!). I love the grey/pink and I get so many compliments! These shoes have been great for my at home HIIT workouts as well.

I've been wearing Brooks Adrenalines for many years for walking. The newer design of the shoe does not provide the same support as the older models. I feel like I am walking barefoot on the pavement now. Not much arch and/or ankle support. I wish they would go back to the old design.

Brooks pleasseee bring back your standard bearer GTS shape/material! sneakers are all becoming these stretchy and sleek little foamy wisps and I really miss the regular more rugged and performant running shoes. I had GTS 18s and they were amazing. Pretty sneakers are nice but you also have a loyal audience of people who want regular high-performing sneakers!!! Also these are too narrow. Also offer your EE shoes in regular colors please! It’s always the weird color combinations that get EE sizes. I know I’m asking a lot but it’s because I care.

Started and loved with the 18. 19's didn't work for me as my size was too small and next size up was too large. Thankfully, I was able to order several pairs of the 18 to get me through to the 20's. The 20 is a horrible shoe as far as mid sole cushion or any cushion. After two weeks of wear, it feels like I am walking on the cement.

Perfect fit! I put these Brooks Adrenaline 20 sneakers on straight out of the box and wore them all day. I have 2 pairs of Adrenaline 19s from last year which I've worn out going to the gym (before Covid) and walking plus I wanted a different color. The red is perfect, more like a brick color. I had to wait for them to come back in stock in my size 9. The Adrenaline sneakers provides good support for my arches and wobbly ankles.

Great cushioning, support & style..Perfect size! Wonderful for a RN with old lady legs!

I like these SO much better than the 19s. They feel a little more flexible and lighter, they feel a little wider across the toes, the feel like they have a little more arch, and I don't feel quite so much like I'm wearing high heels. I took them out for a little jog and they felt great -- secure, supportive, comfortable. I wore them today, actually -- 90 degrees out and my feet didn't feel overly hot. I bought the tropical print and they are just fabulous fun -- and for those who obsess about things like pattern as I do, the pattern on the pair matched up perfectly! I came back today to Zappos today to snag another pair. I wear a 9.5 regular dress shoes, and was fitted to a 10.5 by a pedorthist. The only thing I had to do for these was add met support pads.

My new favorite pair/style of shoe! Have had surgery on both feet and finding good quality/comfortable shoes is a challenge. After wearing these for a week, I have ordered three more pair!!!

I obsessed over several Brooks options - the Glycerin, the Ghost 12 and the Adrenaline gts 20. The Glycerin was very comfortable but didn't have the support I didn't know that I was looking for until I tried the Ghost and Adrenaline. The Ghost 12's are a bit more cushy than the Adrenaline GTS 20, although the Adrenaline is very comfortable and close enough to the comfort level of the Ghost. I was worried that my foot would lift out of the Ghost a bit more (higher heel cushion). I love the design of the Adrenaline..., and the guard rails are subtle but make for a great run. I went on a long walk / jog and my feet feel great. I think that either this shoe or the Ghost are an excellent pick. Ideally I would have both and rotate.....

I love this shoe! The Adrenaline GTS20 has a wider toe box than the 19s, and better fit for me. And the wild floral pattern is gorgeous! Why wear dull shoes?

Have worn Brooks for many years and always enjoy the fit and feel.

These shoes fit perfect! I wore them while walking for a few hours and had no discomfort.

I love my Brooks shoes. I have a narrow foot so the fact that they are one of the best narrow shoes in the market makes it easy to review with a high rating!

This is my first time trying Brooks shoes and I’m very impressed. They were comfortable right out of the box. There was a lot of attention to detail in the design of these shoes. Even the shoestrings seem to be quality. I’m not a huge fan of the color options for the bottom of the shoe, but as far as comfort goes, my very picky feet highly approve of these shoes.

love the color :) my therapist recommended these for me after suffering a bad fall and injuring my knee. Now I can only wear adrenaline shoes as they support my alignment and help prevent knee and hip pain. I highly recommend them, i think everyone should wear Brooks

You have got to love Brooks sneakers. Put on the new and out with the old. Perfect fit.

I ordered a couple styles of Brooks looking for shoes for my severe over pronation. These were pretty good but the Ghosts were better. All the Brooks I ordered fit but do know I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal.

There was plenty of room in the toe area - a little too much so I cinched the laces so the overall fit would be snug. I would’ve kept the shoes but the tread to the left shoe started separating from the shoe base causing the shoe to catch with lateral movement. Unacceptable to me considering I spent $130 on them!

I had a hard time deciding between these and the Brooks Ghosts (which I eneded up going with). These felt slightly large on me and when I took them out for a spin (thank you Zappos for that program!!) - it was clear that they were not the right shoes. I came back with pain in my feet and I think it was because I was sliding a bit. These have a longer footbed than Ghost. I think I prefer a more compact look and feel. After a 3 mi walk in them, I decided they were not the right shoe and sent them back (seriously - thank you Zappos for making it easier to make educated decisions on athletic shoes!)

I was a loyal Brooks Ravenna runner for years. But the most recent pair felt like they put too much focus on making the shoe light, and not enough on the cushioning. So I switched to the Adrenaline GTS 20s. I’ve been running in them twice so far and I’m still on the fence. They are definitely more cushiony. They make me taller than my son when I wear them. The toe box is noticeably more cramped than the Ravennas. My big toe and pinky toes feel the contact with the sides which is something I never noticed in prior sneakers. They’re also heavier and I find myself scuffling my feet on the pavement more than I did with the lighter Ravennas. So I guess it’s a trade off I’ll have to come to terms with. More cushion or less weight. I just wish I could find a happy medium. I will say that I love the style choices for the Adrenaline GTS 20s. So many fun personalities to choose from
