I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for years. This style was the worst. Little no arch support. I will be sending these back. I’m very disappointed Brooks did this to this style of shoe.

I have three previous pairs of the Brooks adrenaline that are very comfortable, but for some reason the gts 20 was not for me. Had to return.

Oh man I was so let down by these shoes! I've been wearing adrenalines for liikeeeeeeeeee 10 years and each time I've been scared that the new model won't work for me. Each time I've been proven wrong -- until GTS 20. Slipping into them felt fine at first, but after not even 10 minutes of wearing them, I was getting RADIATING heel pain in only my right heel. I changed shoes and kept walking around to see if I my heel was just aching, but the heel pain went away immediately. I was sad to return these and even sadder to begin the hunt for a new running shoe :(

This is my second try of the Adrenaline 20. They just don't work for me. The seams in the heels rub the inside of my heel. The 20's feel so much more cheaply made, and they aren't nearly as comfortable as my 19's. I hope that next year's model has more padding like the 19's have. The 20's feel so much more cheaply made.

They fit good, not as cushy as last pair that I had.. the color is not good and no others available.. maybe Adrenalin 21 will be out soon

Upper materials look flimsy. Bought 1/2 size larger than normal & feet looked humongous. Regardless, the fit felt fine even with my custom arch inserts. (I'm a weirdo overpronator with high/normal arches.) There was plenty of room in toe box; not sure why I differ from many other reviewers. Maybe they didn't 1/2-size up? But these are purportedly great for overpronators so thought I'd give them a try. Normal pain after "running" for me is in the big toe & knee. But for the first time EVER, my arches ached afterward. The search continues.

My husband wore these around the house so I thought they fit. As soon as he resumed his normal 3 mi a day walk, they hurt his heel and toes. We have tried to stretch them but it’s very difficult. Very small to size.

I’ve worn a Brooks Adrenaline for several years, but these shoes fell short of expectations, so they’re going back. The footbed is hard, very little cushioning. The collar, tongue and entire shoe hits too high on my foot, including the sides that rubbed my ankle bone. I wear a wide, and this is super wide. Love the dark blue and fishing color, but that’s it. It only took ten minutes on the treadmill to know that I’d be miserable in this shoe.

I'm not sure what happened between the GTS19 and the new GTS20's. OMG. I received these and loved the look. Never had issues with my 19's (I own 4 pair). Expected these to be new and improved. I was wrong. I put these on and went to meet friends downtown. After 1 hour I felt like I had bricks tied to my feet. After 3 hours my knees were in pain...my back ached and even had pain under my foot from lack of cushion. Brooks went in the wrong direction with this one. Extremely uncomfortable.

I loved the supportive sole. Then I wore them to work. They were painful to wear with the leather trim pressing down on my instep. I couldn’t leave work and was forced to wear them, my feet throbbing. Finally I cut the top corner of the leather near the beginning of the laces. The relief got me through the day, but I destroyed the $120 sneakers out of sheer agony.

Sorry that I have to return Adrenaline 20..last year I purchased Adrenaline19..really like the 19..still wear them..the toe box is very roomy.. this year the toe box is not roomy..and that is why I’m returning them.

Please go back to making the GTS19 with the wide toe box!!By letting this style go you have done a disservice to customers who have foot issues. I have a neuroma and these shoes allowed me to go to exercise class in comfort. What do I do now? I can hardly wait til your designers have foot issues and need a comfortable shoe. Too bad you messed with success!!

I’ve purchased the Adrenaline several times in the past for pronation issues and loved the fit and support. However I think the company has gone too far in trying to control foot motion. I’ve now developed peroneal tendinitis which I believe - as does my podiatrist - to be directly related to this new design.

Unbelievable- the shoes I received are clearly used. They came packaged in a plain brown box, and have clearly been worn, a lot! The bottoms are dirty, the interior of the shoes have hair in them, and the fabric is worn and stained. Someone at Zappos INTENTIONALLY repackaged these in a plain box and sold as new. I would give zero stars if this was an option. Zappos quality control was absent on packing day.

In the past I always ordered a size 8 running shoe but wear a size 7 in all my others.I have found the 7.5 is perfect and the toe box of the 2020 Adrenaline is designed more like the past models rather then the 2019 and I prefer the older design more. Looking forward to lots of miles in my new Brooks.

This is my second pair of Brooks Adrenaline and they are completely different from my first pair, which I love. The left shoe of this pair must have been constructed wrong. Total opposite fit from the right one. I will try something different.

This is my fifth pair of Brooks and this was my least favorite, I returned them They did not fit right, they were at least half a size too big then my normal size nine I always buy in any shoe brand

Okay shoe if your not active. Probably works good for walking and light running. I would not recommend this shoe if you play any sports or run significantly. After few months the sole started to peel off.

Great EXCEPT they make my feet stink!! I have had many pairs of Brooks and these are the first with this issue. I am not sure what is going on with the materials.

You know in the Disney movie Cinderella when the horrible evil step-sister tries to fit in Cinderella's glass slipper? And she can barely get her toe in by contorting her foot in crazy ways? That was me trying to put on these shoes? I could not get my foot inside. At all. I ordered the recommended size and width. I've never had a show NOT fit to the degrees that they did. Sent them back.

These are not in any way of the same quality as p My prior pairs of Brooks. I purchased these at the end of June 2020, and it is now October 3, 2020 and the shoes are already showing considerable wear at the ball of my foot area. My former Brooks always lasted at least 10 months, and these just over 3 months old. They are slippery now due to the reduced tread, so walking on wet surfaces is not pleasant. Not very impressed.

Not a comfortable shoe for me. They felt longer than my gts 18s and very stiff. I notice discomfort in my knees, ankles and shins after walking 2.6 miles, and not so with the gts 18. I will not order another pair of Brooks until I try them on in a local store first, to see if they are comfortable.

I love these shoes. They are great for being on my feet for 12 hours at my busy job. However the sole has come unglued on two pairs. I exchanged the first and the second I am returning and trying a different shoe. Disappointed
