Overall I love this shoe but within three or four uses, the shoe already began to wear and a hole appeared. Very disappointed.

Have been wearing the Adrenaline GTS models for many years. After 35 years of running I now walk 6 miles a day. I am very disappointed in my GTS20. I currently own two pairs that I alternate. They feel nothing like the past styles. I feel like I am walking barefoot. There is very little padding in the forefoot of the shoe. The uppers are now consisted of a new kind of loose mesh. The shoe is running quite wider than previously. Please redesign the Brooks shoe line to what it was highly known for. OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND FIt. I also do some walking and running coaching. I can no longer recommend Brooks. I , am in a dilemma as to what brand I should try. Thank you.

The GTS 20 did not feel right at all: too light, too long, no arch support. They felt too soft overall, and my feet felt like they were sliding forward with every step. I have overpronation despite high arches, and the GTS 20s did not prevent me from feeling that I was rolling inward. I have been getting the GTS since the 7s. My last purchase was the GTS 18- had two pairs in a row. It and the previous versions I've worn were the perfect shoe for running and walking right out of the box, and I liked feeling the strong arch support. I understand that the 19s and 20s are similar with the new Guide Rail system, but both are quite different in weight, fit, and support from previous versions. I hope Brooks will return to the fit, stability, and support of the versions so many of us depended on.

These sneakers are falling apart. The rubber soles are disintegrating and there is a section in the left toe that looks like it was old, but these sneakers are new.

I love Brooks shoes and as a physical therapist recommend them often. I’m not sure what they changed, but these shoes had minimal to no arch support. Very disappointing.

These were nice looking shoes, but had to return them. The heel was hard and shallow, my heel slipped out of them and began hurting even while walking in the house. I've never experienced that with running shoes before. I ordered a ghost to try instead.

These she’s are very comfortable... like walking/running on clouds, and look great on. Unfortunately they are poorly made and do not stand up to basic wear. I use them to take my dog for a walk on a paved park trail, and to ride my cruiser bike with my kids and they are completely falling apart after 2 months of wear. I’m talking hole in the shoe and big wear on the soles. I’m really sad because they are so cute and comfortable. I do think for price they need to last longer. My older mizunos lasted me for years.

I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for years. The 19 was perfect for me but the sole was wearing through and had to buy the 20. The 18 had been a disappointment, not as cushiony as the 17 or 19. Within a walk or two of wearing the 20s the ball of my right foot had felt like it was injured due to less room in the toe and forefront of the shoe. I missed the 30-day guarantee window so can't return them. The ball of my foot has still not healed weeks later. I can't believe this happened with a shoe I have worn through many versions. I normally walk 3 miles or more a day with these. So have been really upset with these shoes. Tried an insole in them but as others noted, it pushes your foot up too high and then the volume of the shoe is all wrong. I might try buying a half size bigger and the wide version (Which I never had to do before). Just can't believe this happened with my trusty brand and style. Really upsetting!

So disappointed in these. I have worn the Brooks Adrenaline 18 and loved its support and cushioning. I have had to deal with metatarsalgia and plantar's fasciitis in the past, and I have had no problems wearing the 18s. But this shoe is much less supportive and the material is lighter. I started having foot problems right away when I wore them, and also subsequent knee problems. These might be fine for people without foot problems, but they should not be advertised as motion stabilizing.

I'm so bummed because it's taken me a long time to find a shoe that actually fits my foot. This does, and it's comfortable. However, I cannot justify spending $130 and having a hole in my shoe in less than a month. This is my second pair of this shoe, and the first pair also got a hole but in a different spot. I kept those as trash work shoes (but comfortable). I'm not wasting my money this time and they're going back.

A nice looking shoe, but the Adrenaline GTS20 is a disappointment compared to Adrenaline GTS19. Unfortunately, I must return. I purchased the size 9 2E - same size I purchased of GTS19 - and the fit of the GTS20 is very different. The GTS20 toe box is not as roomy and the shoe seems to be less deep overall. In the GTS19, I insert my prescription orthotic on top of the insole and it works well; I am not able to do that with the GTS20. Luckily, after searching online, I was able to find another pair of the Adrenaline GTS19 elsewhere in my size.

These shoes were fine for the first month. Then the support/padding/etc. started to compress. Used only a few times a week for 1-2 miles (recovering from knee surgery so can't go far!) Now not comfortable/little support. Thank heavens for Zappo's return-it-within-a-year policy.

I have worn Adrenaline's for the past ~15 years and I'm super loyal. However, I bought this new GTS 20 and the fabric upper meant that the shoe was so delicate that a giant hole appeared in the front within 1 month of wearing 1-2X per week. I think this fabric type is just too delicate for a real activewear shoe, so now I need to find something else more durable. Thankfully, Zappos let me return since it's a defect and I reached out quickly.

The reason for the 2 stars is because the tread on the shoes wore down very quickly. I tracked less than 150 miles before there was zero tread on the bottom of the shoes. The shoes barely made it past 2 months before they broke down. I contacted Brooks about how quickly they broke down and they replied with excellent customer service. The shoes are very nice and bright! I love the colors and the guide rails. Overall, very disappointed they didn't last 300-500 miles.

Different color means different fitting. This one didn’t fit me well. I have the exact model in different color and it is heaven.

Overall, they’re not what I expected. I really like the style of them; however, the toe box frequently gets little dents as pictured, and it’s uncomfortable to wear them for long periods of time. Sometimes I can use my toe to pop the dent out and it isn’t an issue, other times I have to stop and take my shoes off to fix it. I won’t buy them again!

Didn't care for the 20's for the material and colors. I'm going back to the Adrenaline GTS 18's. Loved the color, fit, style, etc. and after 2 years need a new pair.

These are a not the same as the 19! Very little arch support, feel cheap with no cushioning and little support. Bring back the 19!!

I loved the look of the shoe but unfortunately they turned out to be very uncomfortable. They had no cushioning or support and after walking in them for a couple of hours they just gave me pains in my legs and back.

After wearing the Adrenalines in a size 7AA (7 narrow) for 10 years or so, I will be moving on to another shoe. Brooks has been making this shoe wider and wider making the narrow not very narrow at all. In hopes of trying it one last time, I cannot keep them. My foot, after just a two mile walk, is sore and feels very flat. The shoe is no longer providing the support my narrow foot needs. I am not sure if it is the change in construction, the material of the shoe has changed over the years, or in how they are providing the support. Either way, for my mild pronation and narrow foot, this is no longer the shoe for me.

Shoes are indenting in places despite only wearing them for a very short time! The material rubs against my foot to the point of blisters. So sad, I thought these were going to work for me.

I am a big fan of Brooks running shoes and currently run in Brooks PureFlow 6. I run 2-3X per week, 5 miles per run. Sometimes I run on a trail but mostly asphalt. Since it's time for new shoes, I tested these out. They look nice (I'm not super picky) and were comfortable when I started running. By about 2 miles, the left shoe felt very uncomfortable - almost like something was poking the underside of my foot in several different places. I'm returning this one for another Brooks. My PureFlow 6 pair have been fantastic.

They're not the worst shoes in the world, but they're really not good. I got one good run out of them, and they had already started to hurt my feet and the bottom material was immediately beginning to shred off. The shoes look terrible now because the bottom is ripping, and I can't run in them due to lack of support, BUT I can walk in them a little.
