Nice to see the GTS has dropped all the hokey makeup and has gone back to basics. The shoe feels like the original Launch with it's snug but not overdone style. The toe box is a bit wider and longer than I'd like, so it feels slightly too big and loose, but otherwise the heel is nice and padded. The launch has gone too minimal and was killing my calves. Hopefully the GTS will cushion the impact a bit better for me. 155lbs / 6ft. The Ghost felt similar to the GTS and almost went with that shoe, but decided against the extra plush because the toe box was a little wider on the Ghost.

Overall, these are still great sneakers. But as others have mentioned there are some things worth noting. 1. the toe box is definitely tighter vertically - length and width are ok but the shoe now hits the top of my big toe more. 2. Doesn't feel like there's as much arch support as past models. I know there are the guiderails on the 20s but I pronate (the main reason I've been purchasing these Brooks over the years) and it just doesn't feel as supportive in that sense. They're still good but not as great as they used to be in terms of fit but they have stepped up their style game.

Love these shoes. Zappos sent wrong size and width, so I returned and got the correct shoes from shoes.com. Highly recommend the shoes and shoes.com, but not Zappos.

My husband needed a full size up from his usual 11.5. Took a few tries but we got the size right and love the look!

Had to order a size up, but customer service was OUTSTANDING and received the new pair the next day! Kuddos to Zappos!

The shoe is super comfortable and cushy. The size is great. Sometimes I get stuck between a 10 & 10.5, but the 10 fits perfectly. I got the 4 wide because I have aircraft carriers for feet and these shoes accommodate them well. I’m glad to finally have more than one color-way in the 4wide. I chose all black and have worn them ever since I’ve received them and am not sorry about it. I’m hoping these will outlast my mizunos.

I have had a MISERABLE time finding a running shoe for my mildly pronating, wide feet. I wanted this to work so badly since I remember loving an old pair of Adrenaline’s back around 2009. They were literally my go to shoes for my regular run sessions back then. 11 years later and I’m older and have more foot issues so finding shoes is way harder. These feel nice while wearing but the sizing is just not working for me. The 9.5 2E is too tight and the 10 2E has too much slippage in the heel. My feet measure about 9.6 and 9.7 so I should be in either 9.5 or 10’s. My feet also measure 2E. When I put my finger in the back of the heel while wearing them there is far too much room to be ok with. It’s a shame because the toe box is perfect. I must also say that after wearing these for several hours my feet are killing me. Not sure why but they are sore and aching like crazy! I’m so bummed about this as I had high hopes these would work out. ?

Very narrow toe box even in a wide. My big toe was outside the sole of the shoe when putting weight on the shoe during a normal stride. However, the Adrenaline GTS line of shoes historically hold up well, have firm support and comfortable for my son who does not have a wide foot.

I've been running on Brooks Adrenaline now for about 5 years, and like them. They go up and down in quality and preference with each version, but basically it's good enough to keep me coming back. The GTS 20 is pretty nice: very light, support is just about right both in arch and toe box. But as others note, this shoe runs NARROW. My feet are wide, and the 2E is barely reasonable through the midfoot. If this is a wide shoe, I'm a billionaire named Bezos (pro tip: I'm not). There is also a bit more slide in the heel than I generally like, making me wonder how lateral control will feel after they've been broken in (as of this writing, they've had only 11 miles). I'm hoping I settle into this pair, and that they start to loosen up in the midfoot (but not in the heel!), as I hate the thought of looking for another go-to shoe and having to shop around. So the final word? The Adrenaline remains an OK general running shoe with the GTS 20, but approach with caution.

I have had these shoes for 7 months and they are falling apart as we speak. Holes are forming in both shoes in various places and the bottoms of the shoes do not have any tread on them whatsoever. It is unfortunate because they are great for running or walking and have cool style but definitely do not last! I will not be buying this brand again. Moving on to something more reliable and long lasting.

I have had Brooks Adrenaline GTS 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18's and I always loved them. I got the 20's and they were terrible. No support, flimsy, the front and back of the shoe seemed to move differently. I got a sore spot in the middle of my left foot after 3 wearings that last a month. Sent them back. Decided the try the Brooks Beast 18 after reading reviews. Just solid, so much support, comfortable, not as firm or stiff as I remember the Beast from 10 years ago. They feel great on my feet and I am not thinking about them at all when I am out moving. I have been using them now for 6 weeks now. Very happy with the purchase.

Fantastically comfortable, the best shoe I've purchased in years!

They make a great pair of running shoes, unfortunately, the top end, near the center of the toe, literally came apart. I called Brooks and they were very nice about it and promised to send me a replacement.

My feet had been hurting a lot and with these shoes giving me the support the pain is gone.

Fit is true to size. Much more comfortable than Ghost and those are great! Lots of miles in store for these shoes!

Great shoe! My son says it’s really comfortable, supportive and thinks the cushioning is improved from his prior pair of Brooks Adrenaline. He calls the cushion “bouncy”! It’s stylish, comfortable, and fits TTS and true to width. Good purchase.

My son felt immediate comfort as soon as he put on. He has been experiencing heel pain recently with other shoes and doesn’t seem to be having this while wearing these running.

Got tired of buying cheap sneakers only to have lousy support and for the sneaker to fall apart in a month or two. So I went back to Brooke adrenaline. Very happy I did. I have a 5E with foot. By ordering a half size larger 4E width, the sneaker is comfortable. I ended up buying a second pair.

I’ve used Adrenaline’s for a long time & have always been thoroughly happy! I’m plus 200 & jog 15/20 miles per week. Stay safe!! Bill

My third pair of the same style. Fit and support are perfect, especially for long days on my feet. I wear them outside daily, running and walking, at least two hours, often more, and find the soles last a solid six months before wearing down.

Big step up from my GTS 18’s
