2nd time with this shoe. Just enough comfort without being bulking. Great for on road running. Run about 30 miles a week. Wore last pair forever. Love this new pair!

Absolutely LOVE my new Mizuno Wave Riders! Great fit, color and price. Online experience was easy and product arrived very quickly.

Love the wave rider. I sometimes wear the wave inspire but find the reduced support on this makes for a better run. I don't do long distances - only up to 15 miles a week - so these last me a year or more with alternating with another pair. I prefer neon colors but the lavender is lovely and very 2020.

Been running with the Wave Rider for years, always super happy with them and the 23 is no exception! I feel like running shoes always come in only neon and "in your face" colorways, so I really appreciated the variety of non-offensive colors this model came in. I usually stick to dark shades but I took a chance and got the "cloud grey-wind chime" and I love them! they're a bit more lilac than they look in the photo but still definitely a neutral color. Very on trend without being TOO trendy.

I normally wear a size 7 shoe and 7.5 in nike running shoes, but I had to size up to an 8 in these for a comfortable fit. Super easy to break in! I was surprised by how light the shoes were. Great heel cushion and bounce.

This was a replacement for my Waver Rider 21 shoes. My feet have not grown but I needed to go up a 1/2 size for the Waver Rider 23.

Very good support for sprinting up steps, jogging, walking.

Love them... always wish there were more color selections... needed this style but don't really like the pepto purply/ pink color :-/

I absolutely love these running sneakers. They fit perfect, light weight, there are great. Mizuno's are the only running shoes I use.

I run about 20 miles a week and I find these to be very comfortable and light. They did not rub at all and I didn't get any blisters. I bought the size that I always by in tennis shoes and they fit perfectly. I am happy with the purchase.

They feel more high tech than the 22s which I'd been wearing for years. The laces are better and stay in place. I wear with an insert for more arch support as I'm nearly flat footed, but the shoe does have enough arch support for a regular foot.

I love my new wave rider 23's. The support and comfort I feel when I am running is amazing. I love that I could order online and they were very quick to arrive with no issues at all. Keep up the good work Mizuno!

Feels light weight (I usually hate running in anything other than racing flats, and I found the last version of the Saucony Kinvara to feel SO much heavier than past versions) and great fit-- so comfortable and I've had all fantastic runs in them thus far. Great for road or trail.

Very comfortable. Easy to run in. This is my second pair and no blisters with either pair.

I started walking/jogging about 20 years ago. Mizuno was the shoe that fit me best and felt the most comfortable. Over the years, I would just purchase the same shoe, until they retired it, and I could no longer get it. Recently, I was fitted for 2 other shoe brands that would replace my Mizuno. I wore them for months each and had constant Achilles tendonitis pain, my main compliant when buying those shoes recently. I started researching Mizuno for shoes that replaced the retired ones I loved, and came upon these. WHAT a difference! I know each persons foot and anatomy is different. Different styles and shoes for different people. BUT Mizuno is my shoe. I love them, the pale pink color is a plus, and the fact that my achilles tendonitis has drastically reduced when wearing these shoes is the selling point for me. They are light and very comfortable.
