Gorgeous shoe but the elastic band under the laces ruins them! If you need to tighten the laces to get a snug enough fit of the shoe the band bunches up and presses down on the dorsal aspect of your foot. Will have to return:(

I returned these shoes because tying them tight enough causes the fabric to bunch up uncomfortably. I will go back to shoes with a traditional tongue.

I just got these in and I'm really disappointed. They look great and the comfort underneath your foot while walking is amazing. There is absolutely NO support though. It is a very flexible shoe, so if like me, you like support around your instep, these are not good. It's like standing on a pillow but nothing is holding you on. They have a band around the instep section and the only way to tighten it is with the laces, like a corset, which makes it uncomfortable on the top part of your foot. I normally have worn the Nike Free 5.0 and that was the support I was looking for. I was really hoping to switch to New Balance. My other NB are great!

Use for Workouts. Runs big. Foot moves too much in shoe.

Like many other reviews have said, the heel on this shoe is not secure. My heel easily slipped out walking across the room when trying them on. Sadly had to return.

I just received these 5 minutes ago. Took them out of the box and went to lace up, the first lace hole leather piece came unglued and broke. Seems to be very poorly made. Now I have to find a printer since NB doesn't send a return label in the box. Smh.

Had to send back. I have not seen a refund yet. Too wide and too long

I bought this show because it looks super cool and I needed running shoes. Got the shoes, tried them on... well, the tongue part of the shoe didn't fit right... when laces are tightened so the shoe would stay on, the tongue part of the shoe wrinkled up and would dig into my skin. Not comfortable at all. When walking in the shoe, my heel would constantly slip out. No matter how tight the laces were. Not an idea running shoe at all. If you're looking for fashion, these may be okay for you. Would NOT recommend as running shoes or day to day shoes.

The shoes look good, but the squeaking noise when you walk is loud and annoying. People might not admire your shoes, but they sure will hear you coming! I have worn NB for years and overall love the brand and the shoes. However, these are a disappointment - I suggest you look at buying other NB models or another brand all together.

Shoes are loose, heavy and uncomfortable. Not a good fit.

I bought this shoe in the wide size because I have bought many New Balance shoe in that size previously. This shoe seems to run a little wider than the others. I could have bought it in a regular width and it would have fit better. But other than that, I love it. The blue is a great color!
