They feel very comfortable when simply standing, but no matter how I tie them or what socks I wear they slip off my heel. If I'm walking up an incline they feel like they're going to come all the way off my feet. I'm going to try some heel pads, but I think these might be headed for the back of my closet.

Not much support for foot or arch. Do not like the tongue that is stitched to the sneaker for my foot. In order for a secure fit, the tongue is folded over itself and makes it uncomfortable on top of my foot. Would have returned them prior to wear had I known how this would feel when wearing.

I'm a size 5 and this sneaker was too big for me which was unfortunate. Had to return.

I read the reviews before ordering this style and they were right. Unfortunately, the fit was not supportive. I ordered a 9 M and it was too wide and loose at the heal.

I wish I would have heeded the information about these being too big. It's not too long but too wide in the heel and slides off when you run. But is a beauty!

We order several pairs of NB for my office and these where the ones we said no to. We are on our feet all day and these did not seem to cut it! We returned and purchased another pair!

I have a narrow foot and these were too wide-because they are made with the inner boot lining. If you need to tighten up the laces, the boot folds over and isn't comfortable. Great shoe, just for people with a normal/wide foot.

These shoes are great, comfortable, and stylish... until you tie the laces.... There seems to be some oversight in the design of the top of the shoe. When tightening, because everything is all one piece, the elastic band scrunches up and the folds press into the top of your foot. If you tie them loose enough so that this doesn't happen your foot feels unsupported. Still debating if I should return them.

Loved the look of the shoe! But the shoe runs very wide, my heels slipped out of it every time I took a step, and the way the laces are you can't tighten the shoe enough. Do not recommend for working out/ running. This would be a walking shoe ONLY...if your heel doesn't slip out!

Bummed. Way too wide in the heel area. Too big. Had to return.

Like the other reviews, these are super comfy and stylish but my heel slips out too. I've tried all kinds of insoles to try to make them work but when running or working out, I am constantly worried that these just too big. I think because of the knit fabric, they stretch out after wearing too. So bummed I have to find another pair of shoes and can't return these because I already wore them! I will probably go back to Nikes now, knowing those fit me well. :(

I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 in New Balance shoes. I tried both sizes, and even went down to a size 8, and my heel continued to lift in the show with every size. The shoe seems like it would be extremely comfortable if it wasn't for the heel lifting. I returned all 3 pairs.

I love the look of these shoes, but unfortunately the fit it not there. They fit true to size, BUT like others have experienced, my heels slips out with every step.

I wanted to love these but unfortunately couldn't. As mentioned in another review, the tongue doesn't lay flat when the shoe is laced, which makes them terribly uncomfortable. The rest of the shoe is very comfortable. I also had trouble with the heel slipping and there aren't enough holes for the laces to correct the problem. I returned these.

As others have stated the area under the tongue/shoe laces is rough and not smooth and when the laces are adjusted it becomes unbearable after walking for awhile. Will return but disappointed since the colors and artistic design are right on.

The back of my foot comes out each time I take a step, or do a lunge. After dancing for about a half hour my toes fell asleep and were killing the rest of the evening.
