Ordered what's supposed to be a wide and the strap across the toe area is still ridiculously narrow. I can't imagine how anyone can wear these. My friend who has narrow feet tried them on and can't believe how small the width of the shoe is either. Beautiful design. Great heel and would be so comfortable otherwise. I'm heartbroken to have to return these.

Shoe is gorgeous! Bought to use my for my wedding but unfortunately they are not very wide. I bought the wide size specifically because I have wider feet and it feel like they were not very wide at all. Do not recommend for anyone with wide feet

These shoes are absolutely stunning. They are even more gorgeous in person. However, they are definitely not wide shoes. I was really disappointed to find that they were so narrow. I also was sad to find that there was not a heart in the middle of the blue soles. I had been looking forward to this special detail as these were to be worn on my wedding day. The blue soles are beautiful, but the heart was clearly shown in the images on the website and wasn't on the shoes themselves.

These heels are gorgeous! Lots of sparkle for a night out. I normally wear 8M and went with 7.5W based on recommendations. The length was good, but the width was way too narrow, even for a wide. Unfortunately, these are going back.

I really feel - as others have mentioned - that these are bogus Betsey Johnson branded shoes. I ordered two pair of the gold color in two different sizes. One didn't even come in a BJ box (although I have received legit shoes from Zappos like this before, so that may not mean anything). The shoes just sort of looked cheap and were missing the heart on the sole which shows quite clearly in the product photos. Also, the ribbon branding on the inside foot bed area was not the same as shown - it was an imprint on the material rather than the signature aqua ribbon. If Zappos has started to sell knock-offs or cheaper versions, that's a real shame. Both pair are being returned for fit and styling, but I doubt I would have kept these even if the fit had been good - just because I feel they are likely fakes. Also, this shoe in a wide is really not wide at all, but is pretty tight across the toe. I usually don't wear wide shoes, but thought I would try these since they were available and I will be on my feet for some time for a wedding. They felt about the same width as normal shoes.

I am very conflicted about these shoes - I think I may have received a fake version? The quality is not up to par with other Betsey Johnson Blue shoes I own, and the silver heart on the bottom is missing. Beads are already falling off. They whole shoe is weirdly sticky, as though the glue they used to attach the beads is not and never will be completely dry. I could barely get them out of the plastic they were wrapped in without pulling beads off. The glue is hanging off in places and looks so cheap. The stiffness of the beads overlay makes these shoes super uncomfortable - digging in the back of ankle and around the toe strap. They look so pretty from far away but beware as a wedding shoe! Not the high quality I am used to from Zappos or BJ.

The shoes are a very pretty style but as one reviewer noted, they are not as pictured. No blue label on the insole and no heart label on the outsole. The heels felt very sticky; there is one stone missing already on the front of the shoe and if I were to keep them I would worry about more pieces following off and the tacky surface collecting dirt and debris. I would consider ordering these from somewhere else to see if it's true that zappos is providing a lower quality shoe than Betsy Johnson directly, but I found the back heel to be incredibly uncomfortable. It would dig into my ankle depending on how I was walking. Not something I think would be good for my wedding day or any other day I plan to move around.

I so wanted these to fit, they are just stunning shoes. I usually wear a size 5.5 wide, but I got these in a 6 W. Right out of the box they looked narrow, and I could not even fit my foot into either part of the shoe. So disappointing.

They were pretty at first but I realized they were either fake or defective. The heart logo on the bottom isn't there, the Betsey Johnson logo on the inside of the shoe was wrong, the box was black when it's supposed to be blue, the rhinestones were sticky and then started falling off not long after taking the shoes out of the box. These will be returned. I'm disappointed I got a pair like this when other people seem to have gotten the real thing with no problems. If you plan to buy these be careful, you might get a fake/defective pair like me.

Disappointed! They’re so beautiful at first until you take them out off be package. There’s more double sided tape exposed than is covered by the faux pearls and you can feel it with your fingers. They had hair stuck to them from the factory. They caught my dress liner. Just a cheaply executed product.

The shoes were just delivered and I was so excited to receive them until I opened the box!! The shoes I received do not look like the pair in the photo. The pair I received did not have the heart on the bottom of the soles. Also, the shoes had a horrible strong glue or chemical smell and some of the jewels were sticky and tacky. I’ve worn this brand in the past with nice results, so I was very disappointed with the poor quality of this one. I’m returning immediately!

I would say the wide is not actually wide. Not even close.

There was glue all over it, no heart at the bottom, the pearls were discolored...very disappointed. Wanted to love them for my wedding shoe.

Very pretty, but very uncomfortable. The top of the shoe dug into my heel. I ordered my size, and the band around the toes dug into them. When I ordered the 1/2 size up - the width was better, but still a little uncomfortable. The top of the back of the shoe dug into my heel on either side. Beauty is NOT WORTH giving up comfort. Sorry!

I'm an 8.5. the 8.5 feels *slightly* floppy, whereas the 8 just squeezes the toes a little. these are synthetic so they aren't going to stretch out. I do NOT understand the 5 starts people are giving for comfort. I put them on and stood still and felt like a knife was cutting into my achilles. These will cut you. You will need SERIOUS, unbudging bandaids to prevent major injury. That being said, I'm insanely disappointed cause they're cute and blingy as hell. About as high quality as something from Payless.

The shoe was shipped to me with a BIG flaw the buckle on one shoe was glued so it buckled on the inside of your ankle instead of the outside of your ankle!!

These are beautiful shoes. I had to return them, though. The back of the shoe came up too far onto my ankle bone and hurt with every step. Plus, the straps over the toes were far too big and loose for me. They're made for heavier people. If you're thin, your feet will probably swim in these. If you're heavier these are probably fabulous for you.

These are GORGEOUS! Unfortunately, the size I bought was too big. Betsey Johnson shoes are not predictable when it comes to the size of their shoes. I’ll wear 1/2 size larger in sneakers, but smaller in others.

I ordered the wide width but I could barely get my toes into the shoes! If they were available in a WW width, I'd exchange them for the same shoe. Very pretty!

Purchased these for my wedding and they were perfect! Mine didn't have a charm on the bottom but that didn't bother me. They were very comfortable, the heel was not too high for me and I wore them from 1pm-8pm with zero issues !
