I bought these to wear as slippers but I work from home so I wear my slippers more than I wear any other shoes I own (not to brag). I love these shoes so much. I've wanted to buy a pair for a few years but felt like I couldn't justify the expense. I wish I'd bought them sooner. These are incredibly comfortable. The shearing feels so good on my feet. The arch support is divine. I feel happy every time I slide my feet into these. They are great in the summer (no really) because my feet don't sweat in them like they do in other man-made fiber slippers. They are great in the winter with socks because they are cozy. I'm slowing adjusting to the reality that I'm going to need all of my shoes to be shearling lined Birks from now until death do us part.

I really love these “Bugs” — a hybrid Birk/Ugs. They’re super comfy and will be great for winter in house wear. I went back and forth about the width. At first I bought the regular and thought they might be too “slippery/slidey” so ordered the narrow which at first seemed better but after a bit of test wear pinched the sides of my feet so opted to stick with the regular and sent the narrow back. I have the regulars on the tightest holes and they’re great — just hope they don’t stretch out.

Since I loved the Boston shearling, I thought I'd try the Arizona. I'll wear them more in the next few months as the weather warms up a bit. I'm a big fan of the shearling sandal and have had a few over the years. I find that the Birkenstock gets more fluffy as I wear it. The footbed breaks in gradually -- but even after a day it starts to feel real good. Like walking barefoot in shoes. The two straps make it easy to adjust to the width of my foot -- which is wide. I got the white -- as the black is dyed and can transfer to skin and fabric.

I absolutely love love love these shoes! I purchased them as a slipper because my feet get too hot in closed toe slippers. I am SO HAPPY I decided to get them. They have great arch support, they are cozy and actually kinda cute. I usually wear 40m but based on reviews I ordered the narrows and this was absolutely key to me being able to comfortably wear them-- even in the narrow width I have the straps on the third buckle!

Love these. Have had them for a year and been through all four seasons with them. Hate hot feet and these solve that problem in the winter. very comfortable and haven't lost any of the shearling on them. wear an 11N shoe, and these are perfect fit in the narrow size.

I developed fallen arches due to wearing soft sole Birks on an active vacation. I didn't realize the huge support difference of the soft sole vs. original. Now I can only wear original sole Birks now without a great of pain. I've never found close-toed Birks to fit at all. After being reassured these had the original sole, I jumped to order and have worn them daily for the last two weeks. I love them! I can adjust the straps according to whatever thickness of sock I choose to wear. Fleece socks are great when it's super cold. These are an excellent substitute for the winter slippers I can no longer wear. Order your normal size of Birk sandal and enjoy!

Soft and cozy lining but the edges not covered with shearling were raw and rough against my feet. So not ideal.

These birkenstock sandals look great, like all birks do, but I had a difficult time keeping my foot in the sandal because of the shearling being too fluffy. I suppose after they are worn awhile & the shearling gets packed down, they may have been ok. Didn’t want to chance it. Returned.

Really comfortable and cute. Fluff isn't shedding on mine, just becomes compressed which is what is to be expected (this is what happens inside your ugg boots when you walk on the shearling).

I took one star off because after a few months of wear I lost a big chunk of the shearling lining on one edge, not even where my foot rubs. I would buy them again anyway, so comfy.

Fit and size both larger than described

It’s cozy and comfy, I love it...as my toenail just had a procedure done and I had to travel two days after the procedure(for thanksgiving holidays), this pair of shoes was a perfect option in the winter time. It kept my toenails open while kept the rest part of my feet cozy. The only downside is it’s a little bit larger than normal sz37. order half to one size down if your feet are not super wide.

Luckily I had ordered a half size smaller to begin with; I could have ordered even one more size smaller. And they are very wide. I would have ordered Narrow, if I knew. I would have returned, but I've worn them several times already and they are Amazingly Comfortable. I will Definitely order the light colored ones that only come in narrow next time....

I loved this sandal! Love the fur. I wear a 39 and am a size 8.5-9 . Sometimes my Birks are too big as I fall between the sizes. Loved everything about these except...... and this is huge! They bleed black on everything! On my feet bare or with socks. For this price you would think the manufacturer could find a way to prevent this from happening?? I returned them and will probably get another pair without dyed fur. I live in Texas and these are great for winter wear???????????? as long as you don’t get the black that is!

The sizing for this style varies wildly. I have purchased this shoe in two different colors, both in a 39 regular, and the sizing is off. The mink suede fits a full size larger and the taupe fits way too narrow. I am consistently a 39 in different styles of Birkenstocks so this is strange to me. I'm ordering the mink suede in a 39 narrow to see if that might be the fit I need.

Trying really hard to make these work, but sadly they don’t because my two smallest toes are right on the edge. I ordered in my regular size and one size larger which was too big.

I am returning these because of the sticker warning that the dye will rub off on your feet. I understood that the black dye will wear off and as a result, I bought these, which I don't think carried the warning in the website description. But maybe I missed it. A shame because I think they would be warm and comfortable in the winter. If the dye doesn't bother you, go for it.

These would be great except For the fact that there’s a very strange way is it the toe pieces sewn on the left foot which creates a rather sharp piece of leather sticking out that wraps against my toe. So I’m returning these. They also seem very very wide and I have a wide foot. I had to put the buckles on the very tightest call in order to have them stay on my feet. Sadly I must return them.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for over 30 years and generally love them. These were disappointing. The quality is just not what I have come to expect from Birkenstock. I was hoping the shearling would add comfort and warmth. It may, but the quality of how these were made didn't make it so that I was willing to find out. The fit was great; I went for the regular width to allow for the added padding. Sadly, there was a clump of shearling that fell off before I could even try the shoes on. I'm going to stick with the non-shearling Birkenstocks going forward.

I love these fuzzy Birkenstock’s, so comfortable and warm! My only complaint is that I wish I would have bought a lighter color as the black is turning my white socks and bottoms of my feet black. Buy a pair to keep your feet warm!

Dye comes off on your feet! I love these Birks - they are so comfortable but the dye comes off if you wear them with your bare feet. Ugh! My soles are black at the end of the day. That is why it's a 3 star. I am deciding whether to return them.

I am so disappointed with these Birkenstocks. The fit is horrible and the quality of the shearling feels super cheap. I wouldn't recommend buying these. I gave the style 4 stars bc they look really cute. Otherwise, they are a no go.

The construction of this shoe is very poor as other reviewers mentioned. It feels like the shearling is barely attached.

I ordered and return these two times both having excess glue in the arch area which made them very uncomfortable and impossible to wear.
