There used to be pronation descriptions for the shoe's...anyone know what this shoes is?

I bought these shoes just a couple of months ago and I have wore them lightly for general use - not for running. I have to say these shoes have gotten more comfortable and have become a favorite to wear, especially during winter. However, I noticed a few weeks ago that portions of the tread have started to separate and come unglued from the shoe sole. It's extremely annoying as they now snag on carpet as I'm just walking around. These shoes really have light wear - it's general wear at work and I don't wear them daily. I'm really disappointed at the poor quality of these treads - especially since I am an avid Asics wearer. I do like these shoes, but I can't recommend them because of the tread issue - especially with such light use.

I'd like to be able to return the shoes, but the site does not allow for it. After wearing the shoes, they aren't as comfortable as I need them (planter faciatis). I went to a brick and mortar store and they allowed for a 30-day return policy, even if, the shoes had been worn. I think it would benefit you and your customers if you allowed the same policy.

These shoes have gotten too narrow and are sized strange. I have worn 10.5 shoes for 30 years and these were too small. I am moving away from this brand sadly.
