I have flat feet and it's great to be able to find comfy cushioned shoes at last which support my arches instead of having to walk on hard orthotics. Like others I've bought a half size larger than my normal size for a perfect fit.

LOVE THESE SHOES! Kayano's are my favorite for comfort. If you have flat feet you're going to love these. They do take a couple runs to break in. The colors on the grey/coral are so vibrant and fun. Very happy with my purchase!

These are so comfortable and supportive. I wear them for work as I have 3 disc protrusions and I have no pain after 12 hour shift. I would say order a size larger than your usual as they are on the smaller side. My only issue is with the customer service as I have emailed regarding a small imperfection on the stitching and I haven't heard anything back

I'm 62 and work out at least 4 times per week (Biking,Walking,lifting etc) including BALANCE exercises the GEL-KAYANO 26 are so perfect for that as well. I own like 50 pair of different brands but these are the ones to give you stability and comfort for your extreme fun outs(workouts)

So good for low arches. Gives enough support but doesn't hurt your feet the first few times wearing it.

The reviews do not lie! These shoes were life changing! I do a lot of outdoor running as well as treadmill running and my legs and joints hurt no longer. Its truly a miracle what a fantastic pair of shoes can do.

Most comfortable sneakers/shoes I've ever worn. I have fallen arches and wear a size 8. They are also very good looking!

I bought these trainers after doing a lot of research on what ones to buy for someone who runs quite flat footed, no foot arch,as well as having overpronation (worked out from wear on very old sport trainers!) I noticed that I was getting sore and bruised toe nails too from poor fitting trainers. I decided if I was going to start running more then I needed to invest in good footwear. These trainers are so comfortable, and I got used to them quickly. My sore toe nails have got better and I feel like my ankles are well supported. I thoroughly recommend these. I got these for a good price, they weren't my first choice for colour but actually I really like them! Worth the money, would recommend to any one with similar issues.
