Love these shoes. A little heavier than my old running shoes but the cushioning is the obvious reason. I have worn them for a couple weeks now and I can't notice the added weight anymore. I really am enjoying these and as of now would recommend them for medium mile runners. I average 10-20 per week.

The Gel Kayano are like the Rolls Royce of trainers

I have a narrow long foot and the Gel Kayano are perfect. They are supportive and look very neat on a long foot. For running they are very supportive especially for the heel.

I'm a first time purchaser of Asics and honestly couldn't be any happier. I've started running during the lockdown and bought other branded running shoes which started causing really bad knee and ankle pain in the first month of wearing them. The Asics Kayano are amazing! No more pain and I've started running longer distances and faster. Honestly recommend if anyone is looking for a decent pair of running shoes!

Recommend taking a size up from normal shoe size but sooo comfortable

Love these trainers. I have always worn asics as i have clapsed arches. The support and cushioning these shoes provide are excellent.

These shoes have changed running for me. My first pair of proper running shoes and the ankle support they provide is excellent. So comfy and they look great!

Love these shoes! They are so bouncy and comfy straight from the box. I'd worn my old shoes into the ground it was fantastic to put these on. As well as being bouncy, these shoes give me the support I need because I pronate. I think the shoe feels nice and light whilst giving me the support I need. I wear it at the moment for running on paths, tarmac and trails because the ground is so dry and hard so I get the cushioning I need.

A great trainer for anyone looking to up their mileage but needs support in their arches. Would highly recommend for a runner wanting to progress!

LOVE THEM!!! I could be a spokesperson for Asics!! I started running at 47 years old (54 now), have worn nothing but Asics and have NEVER had shin splints!

Beautiful design, perfect for me. I have high arches and need plenty of cushioning. These do the job! Very comfortable.

Great trainers has lovely bounce and support. Good for walking and jogging.

Great support. I have bunions and this shoe is very accommodating. I also have high arches and the arch support is good in this shoe. Although I am not a runner, I do walk a lot and these shoes are perfect. My feet are not tired after a long walk.

I needed to go back to wearing shoes with better arch support because I developed heel pain. I bought these and the gel-cumulus 21 lite-show. I like them both but the gel-kayano felt sturdier or more structured when trying them on so I'm saving them for race day. Anyway, I've been removing the insoles and inserting the powerstep pinnacle insoles because I need that arch support. I hope these comments help. Runners need that arch support!
