Im not rating the shoe until I have had for a longer amount of time. My last pair which was Asics Gel Nimbus 21 did not last any time at all. I was very disappointed with that product and only decided to buy another pair of asics hoping it was a one time thing.

Shoes ripped after less than 1 week. The quality of the shoe is very poor.

I was excited to get my shoes for Mother's Day since, I kept dropping hints. Wore them around the house and wow felt great. I tossed the box and paper work and went on my weekend walk. Three weekends later I noticed on both shoes the inner cushion at the top of the shoes worn and exposing the foam below. I was disappointed.

After wearing Gel Kayano 25 for almost 3 years and my size not being in stock, I ordered the 26's and even spoke to a sales rep making sure they would still be a good match. They are about half a size smaller and I got blisters

I think mine have a defect. The sole of the right shoe is more spread out then the left shoe. I didn't notice until the second day when my ankle started hurting. I'm a nurse and I work in surgery so I can't return them because they've been exposed to body fluids:-(

They are very pretty but very hard. No cushion at all

I have been wearing asics for years. For the past few I have found the sizes off, too short and narrow toe bed. Very disappointing as these were my go work shoes as a RN. Im guessing it has to do with where they are being manufactured vs prior years

Poor quality compared to previous models. I've been wearing this model exclusively for over a decade. Poor replica and poor workmanship for a very high price.

less than 2 weeks in and the mesh was ripping. on BOTH shoes. i've been wearing kayano's for 20 years and always loved them. sooo bummed the quality nose-dived.

I can't rate these Asics as I did not buy them. Please don not ask me all the time.

I always buy this brand but this style was smaller usual 6.5

I used to love these shoes..this model is very stiff, and much smaller than my last ones. Also...it may seem like a small thing, but the shoelaces have been down graded..for expensive shoes, you should provide the nice rounded shoelaces we all came to appreciate in your brand...I literally thought these were fakes ..based on all of this. I am sorry to report I will not purchase this model anymore. I still like my other Asics but do not buy these..and Asics..what happened to the quality of this model?

I don't like the new design. They seem to have less cushion and they run small. I have worn a size 9 in Kayano for 10 years and these are so small, my toe hits the end. Unfortunately, since I wore them on ONE run, Asics won't let me exchange. Im so bummed because I was a big fan of the Kayano. The only shoe I have been able to run in comfortably.

The bottom of shoe is already coming off after wearing for 1 week.

Great sneaker but I did not like the color. Still worth buying but I might recommend a different color.

So disappointed! I always buy kayano but when I received my this pair they were at least 1/2 an inch shorter than my 25s in the same size. They were so small, I sent them back.

My previous pair was the kayano 25, which I loved - they were perfect for my feet and bad back. I tried to re-order the 25s but unfortunately my size was no longer available. So I thought I would try the 26. Besides running short and smaller toe box (I had to return and go up half a size), less gel padding than the 25. I walk 5 miles a day; I wore three times (only walking 2.5 miles each time as to break them in) and ended up with painful heels and back. I've had to stop exercising until my pain subsides. Now I have a brand new pair of shoes I can't wear or return. Please go back to the style of the 25s - runners / walkers need that roomy toe box and extra gel padding. Thank you.

I write this review as a longtime, loyal Gel Kayano user, who has lived through a variety of modifications to the shoe I so happily found almost 16 years ago. (Flat feet, various old injuries requiring good motion control support for pronators, here.) But this time, the change has made the shoe unwearable for me. Others noted that the fit was tighter, but without being able to go into a store, I hoped it was a minimal change that wouldn't affect me since I always get the wide version. It turns out that a substantial piece of the toe box on the inside has been cut away, removed. I don't see a way to post a photo, or I would show the difference between theKayano 24s I have and the 26. Substantial! Dear Kayano design team, do you not have big toes? I can't tell you how it feels to run in them, only that I can't wear them. I am currently a runner in need of a shoe at a time it feels impossible to find one.

I've never had any fit issues with a standard size 10 running shoe . These were incredibly small. I attempted to break them in by wearing them to work (and taking off the tags) and by the end of the day my big toes were bruised. It's such a shame as they're such gorgeous runners

I have only owned ASICS shoes for 20+ years now and it seems as of late their quality has gone down significantly. I recently purchased these shoes and they are not comfortable or supportive at all and they definitely are not worth the price. I don't know if they have new designers or are using lower quality materials but I'm extremely disappointed in this shoe.

I've been purchasing ASICS shoes for 10+ years and they have always been a great purchase; I didn't mind paying the money because I knew I was getting a high quality shoe. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for these shoes. They are very uncomfortable, are not supportive and make my feet hurt. I'm not sure if they have new designers or are using lower quality materials but they are definitely not high quality shoes. Not to mention the styles and colors are less than desirable! It's to the point I might have to look for a new brand of shoe :(

I have only ran in ascis for 10 plus years. I'm so disappointed in these shoes. The bottoms are rock hard. Im a nurse and was planning on wearing these but they hurt too much

Always buy Kayanos but passed on these, even at the reduced price, because the styling is so bad. Awful color combinations. Please do better with next version.
