I have been wearing Kayano's forever. I have stuck with them even through some of their changes that weren't so great, but I have to say these are my favorite!! The heel support is amazing. Toe box is perfect and I'm not having any issues yet with my arches. I still haven't run 6+ miles in them yet, just around 4 for several days now. I agree with others though, please come out with some cooler color combos.

I had been wearing the Gel-Kayano for over 14 years and it was my go to shoe. I was always satisfied and pleased with their performance and durability. Then the 23,24,25 version years came and they were a complete disaster for me and I had to switch to Saucony. This year I am glad to say I am BACK to the Gel-Kayano with the 26. The improved forefoot flexibility and toe box feels great and the midsole actually feels more like years past, and I welcome that return. The 26 feels more like the older Asics versions I fell in love with for many years and I hope this trend is here to stay.

I'm loving my new Gel-Kayano 26! Color and fit is great, and good support. I got a D width since I have wide feet and they do not look too wide or chunky looking.

I really like that these shoes are a bit wider through the toe area, for even better now!

Finally a toe box that is wide enough for swollen feet from running! I'm planning to get a second pair when more colors come out.

Growing up in a rural area, we never heard the term "sneakers'. Shoes were either tennis shoes or loafers. Does it really matter how a person describes a shoe? These "sneakers, as you say" are awesome. I have received my second pair (the navy ones) and am completely satisfied. They have really good support. There are those of us who do not wish to be noticed for our shoes. Some of us are more concerned with comfort than being noticed by others. When I first saw the navy ones my thought was this: "they finally made a pretty shoe". Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You might consider that you should stop being so critical of others' ideas and likes.

I love Kayanos, since the first ones I bought I fell in love I have tried to wander to different companies and always return, I even gave the brooks a whirl and my feet were like take me back to the Kayanos, the other reviews on the Kayanos that are negative are based on color combos.. thats ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! I could give a hoot what color they are.. Love my Kayanos and to be completely honest I love the fact that they have toned down their crazy color combos.. lol

I've recently discovered my feet have gotten bigger at age 70. Have worn Asics for a few years now. The Gel-Kayano 26 has the best support I found of all tennis shoes. Can't wait until the navy is available.

Old ladies like pretty shoes, which is hard to find in D width. These were at least not black or some other ugly color. The fit is wonderful.

A great cute shoe. Great for people with wide feet like me. I only wish it had a little more cushion in the sole.

Finally a wide gel kayano made in something other than prison grey or black! More stylish colors, please, as is made for non wide sizes. Good fit, but seemed slightly narrower than prior wide gel kayanos.

I love the Gel Kayanos. Especially this new rose gold color. The only thing I can request is that ASICS makes more Narrow sizes. Thankfully I can wear the Regular width but narrow would fit so much better

Great shoe, but I typically only get about 500 miles out of them until they are worn down!

I'm a big ASICS fan. I've been wearing ASICS since 2009. My first purchase was the gel cumulus.....these remind of my first . Mine are a tad too big so my right heel is rubbing just a little when on the treadmill but the purchase was for walking on pavement or the track outside and they are perfect for that. I love the color this blush tone it's a bit feminine and just my style. There's a bit of structure to the back part of the shoe and that is helping with stabilization. During Covid I over walked outside and was in another pair of cheaper ASICS. This shoe has put me back on track.

Have only worn these well-made shoes for a couple long walks. So far, good enough. Why only 4 stars? I'm a wee bit disappointed because shoe runs wide and the sole is not as cushioned as my old Asics.

As always, my gel kayanos are comfortable and feel great right out of the box. Great feel when I speed walk or run. I am a nurse, and i wear them all day with my feet feeling good all the way through the day. My only complaint is that I need a wide shoe and there is such a limited choice of colors for those of us with wider feet!

Very nice shoe. Just not as structured as I was expecting for the money.

Not the longest lasting shoe from the 26 lineup for only giving average kayano stability and wear. Good looking color. Have found the darker color combinations to wear better and last longer.

I've always worn a women's size 11, the Kayano 26 11 was to short in the toe so I ordered 11.5 which ended up being a little big. Wish ASICS hadn't changed the 25 which I can't find anywhere.

These are so comfortable, and really the best shoe for my feet. They do take a bit longer to break in, since they are so stiff with all the stabilizers. I will be buying these again!
