I chose this shoes because they were on an article online where they were rated the best running shoes for flat feet. Well it is true since I used them I am way more comfortable running my daily 3 miles in this shoes. Plus I love the design.

My first pair of running shoes were Gel-Kayano 7, I believe. I started running 5 miles a day, and began to see bruising on my big toe and had some pain too. I went to Road Runner Sports to get properly fitted for running shoes, where my pronation was measured AND I first found out that you need to buy 1 size up and how to push your heel aaaaaallllll the way back before tying your laces...that was 20 years ago! I have tried to go cheap, but for me, there is no better running shoe than the Gel-Kayano. I will say that there were a few years here and there, that the shoes were a little meh but all in all I feel these are the best running shoe...for me. The construction seems sturdy, reinforced and higher on the outside of the toe box, great support and cushion, and I am very happy with the color options with the 26. I still buy on sale, maybe last years model, but I get my quality shoes and a great price. I just ordered a second pair (Gel-Kayano Kai) in white/laser pink, so fingers crossed that they fit as well or better than my rose gold.

Great, strong comfortable shoes for overpronating runners! I ran my last half on the Kayano 19, and these are so much more comfortable and lighter while still being supportive

I didn't know running could feel this good. Makes every step feel light and comfortable. Previous pain I had in my achilles has disappeared after running in these!

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! After several failed attempts at other brands, I finally found "solid footing!" These shoes are very light weight -- I am hardly aware that they are there! The arch support is superior -- it is the ideal shoe for a low arch or flat foot. I can't say enough good things about this shoe. I only wish the Rose Gold option was fully stocked in all sizes so I could order another pair!

I love the Gel Kayano running shoes, but the 26 are running small. I had to go 1/2 size up and still feels slightly tight.

The GEL-KAYANO 26 is a great shoe for a dedicated fitness enthusiast! I wear this shoe to run, walk, teach group fitness classes, and hike! It is roomy and has good support!

So so comfy!! Looks wide at the forefoot but I think it's the design. Great support. Made my walking a pleasure!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and give me the stability I need when I'm walking my mile on and sometimes beside the road going from my house. They are also attractive.

Although I have only tried them on, they are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. I am excited to wear them. I know I will not be disappointed as ASICS are always reliable and are the only sneaker I can wear all day without any pain.

Love this shoe! Holds the front Sides of foot really well but really roomy for toes Good cushioning Heel has cushioning around it to hold it well without any pressure Points I bought two and really hope the new model will be just as good!

I love these shoes!! I need a lot of support and I also have a dropped arch due to injury so I was really looking for a comfortable pair of running shoes for daily runs and training for another half marathon possibly. These are perfect and actually quite cute. I did end up returning my normal size and going with a half size larger!

Freaking love them man. I did have my high expectations freaking glad they did not disappoint me. As I am breaking into them my feet have never felt as good as they do. So glad they ask questions on how much support you want etc... I chose wisely for my comfort.

Good support for my flat feet. Helps with balance and knee issue during workouts. I dont run due to my knee but do a lot of balance and weight workouts and light cardio.

Very comfortable sneakers from the first wearing! No break in time needed. I wear a size 9 for regular shoes and size 10 for these sneakers is a perfect fit. Great support for your foot. I wear for low impact aerobics.

I love them! They are my first ASICS shoes and would suggest/recommend them. But order them an inch bigger then your regular size since they are cushion inside and out.

I love these shoes, they are stylish and very comfortable.

It's light and it stabilizes my stride. Also, I noticed that my shin splints aren't acting up too much.

I always wore the GT but tis is my first time wearing the Kayano and so far so amazing. The bounce in my step is the best!!

Very comfortable from first wear. Lots of cushioning.
