Have to return the slippers I purchased for a family member. He wears a size 10 shoe and ordered the same size scuff slipper. Disappointed the scuff slippers are not true to size, causing a delay in my family member being my able to wear their Christmas gift when received. Will be returning for next size up. Will see how the replacement scuffs fit. There was no information on the website to order larger size; again disappointed at this point.

You are not using the same materials in the shoes in that holding up like they did in the pass are used to buy a pair of UGGs every year now they only last probably a week and that is sad

Once upon a time I was lounging about on my couch watching some cartoons. Then my friend came up to me and challenged me to a race. I would never back down from a race so I had to accept. I got up and went to the starting line. The race started and my slippers instantly fell off. I was disqualified and very upset. I do not recommend these if you are planning on racing in them.

After 2 weeks of indoor wear, my husband slipped on the carpeted stairs after the thin suede tread had already worn away! UGG tells me this is not a defect just down to normal wear and tear! Will not be purchasing from Ugg again!

I had to send them back. The wax seal, I'm guessing its wax, starting cracking which exposed stitching which came undone. These are the most expensive slippers I have owned and was hoping they would live up to the UGG reputation. I am in the process of exchanging them for another pair in hopes this was just a unlucky experience.

The size 11 was returned. Size 10 was ordered but you canceled the order.

Sizing is not factual

I bought them in December of 2015 and now not even 5 months later they fall off, are stained, falling apart and do not clean easily.

The pictures of this product depict a completely covered sole of the slipper, but the product that shipped has the itchy, annoying "UGG" tag under the heel when worn. Pictures should be updated to reflect the actual product. I'd love these slippers if they didn't have a huge tag beneath the heel, as shown in the pictures. Sadly that's not what I was sold.

I was skeptical of the leather bottoms so I called Uggs and the rep assured me that they were durable. I am not keeping the shoes, and have not given it a rigorous test. With that said, I can tell that these shoes are made for very light use, much more attention to the style, for instance the Ugg logo embossed on the leather bottoms. I would say these are ok if you do your walking exclusively on carpet. Any other floor material will wear these down much too soon. The leather bottoms is quite thin, and the sheep fur that cushions the foot doesnt make for a very cushy experience, which I expect in a slipper. I was hoping to use these in all part of my house; tile, wood, carpet, vinyl. Unfortunately, I am returning for a more durable/cushioned product.

I bought these for my husband. There were clear stickers on the soles that when removed left a sticky residue that made marks all over my wood floors. My husband had to wire brush it off & this changed the quality of the soft sole. Very unhappy that you would put those stickers on the sole of the slipper where it would leave a sticky mess when removed.

i got this for christmas and was happy i got new slippers. but once i tried them on they just felt so stuff. there is NO support. but they are warm, dont get me wrong. i had to return them because they were not very comfortable.

I bought these because of UGG's reputation. I wore these slippers for 3 days and tossed them in my closet. I would have returned them if I wouldn't have bought them to far in advance of wearing them. They killed my feet! The bottoms are really stiff and hard, Not comfortable at all. These slippers are not even worth 1 star.
