...moisture. I had spilled a tiny bit of clay on the end of the slipper and used a damp paper towel to clean it off after attempting to brush off w/ a fine brush wasn't sufficient. The paper town had a serious amount of brown dye on it after completion and indeed now the slipper has a section that has lighted up very noticeably, and they're virtually brand new. I feel these should absolutely be made with a water-fast dye which they very clearly aren't. I would not buy another pair of these after this purchase. The fit and finish was fine.

They are very soft on the inside however they are like walking on plywood! They have no padding and hurt my feet.

Paid an extra $10.00 to have it gift wrapped and it wasn't. A total waste of money as this was a gift. Embarrassed

I have diabetic nerve pain. I need slippers that are lose, warm, comfortable and light weight. They were much to tight across my toes and didn't cover enough of my foot. t returned them. I was disappointed because I have such a hard time finding shoes or slippers that work for me.

These slippers had a lot of sheepskin and material to surround the top of the foot to keep the foot very warm, but they were pretty stiff and do not have any support on the heel. I could tell they would wear out and become very thin quickly. Also, the UGG logo on the heel was a bad design because it takes away from heel cushioning.

I use these around the house watching tv/lounging around. The lining in the bottom of the footbed comes out in chunks. Seems like every time I take them off a wad of wool comes out with my foot. There are multiple bare spots where the lining used to be. I would NEVER buy these again and would not recommend them to anyone, at UGG prices. Maybe if you could find them on sale for like 40$ they would be OK. These are not good slippers if you want to put your feet up an ottoman or something similar because the slipper will come off from the back. They are warm and comfortable

It feels too tight and I had many Ugg boots before this. The labels on the sole needs to be taken out because it bothers me too much.

With as stiff of a sole as this shoe has, the shoe does not flex and move freely with my foot as I walk. Since there is no back to the shoe, and the sole is very stiff, my feet step out of the shoe as I walk.
Also, along with the stiff sole, since the shoe does not flex as I take steps, the back of the shoe drags on the ground every step I take.

use as a house shoe, never quite understood people that wear them everywhere, didn't care for the logo in the heel,I have heel pain and would have liked the extra sheep skin there instead of a logo..

At first it was the greatest slipper. Then they started to break in and the heal of the slipper lost all its compfort and the sole is very hard. Its been less than 30 days since I first put them on. Dont buy them.

The sole in this slipper is as thin as cardboard. Very uncomfortable, do not buy. Very disappointed I wasted my money. The cheap knockoffs are way more comfortable.

Very uncomfortable slipper. Do not expect any cushion as these have a very thin sole. However, the color is great.

After seeing how many 5 star reviews I'm convinced they are mostly bots. Because I not only got one pair of these in black but got a second pair in gray within the same year and they were almost unwearable within 6 months. Both gifts for Christmas. The bottoms are so slick they are a death trap on almost any surface. The insides are worn down to the hard cork or whatever the bottoms are made from. And i do not even wear these everyday nor am I rough with them whatsoever. Cannot for the life of me see how anyone could like these unless they are writing reviews within the first few days. But if you're paying about 100 dollars and they barely make it 5/6 months that's sad. And Ugg should be embarrassed.

The normal wear and tear for these slippers are only 3-4 weeks. That's what their warranty team said is their standard so don't spend your money unless you only want to wear them for a month!

I bought these slippers for my husbands birthday in August and it didn't even last a month. He loved it and wore it everyday (as one does with slippers) and the fur was deteriorating and had big bald spots throughout the inside after ONE MONTH! I tried to contact their warranty department but crickets from them for 3 months so I'm writing this in hopes that NOBODY buys these slippers! They won't last!!

That line cracked after 3 days of wearing, I complained to get a refund, but they want me to send the shoes and it will take up to 3 weeks to review and get refund. Horrible slippers

I couldn't say enough about these slippers. Love love love putting them in my feet. All the reviews are true. But after light use, only indoors, it would seem mine are defective. The left shoe liner/fur is just falling out piece by piece. Is this unique to myself? I'll never know, I would spend the money in a new pair just in case the same problem occurred.

I got these slippers for Christmas 2024 and they already are losing their fuzz on the heel. Each slipper now has a growing bald spot.
