Velcro did not hold because the Velcro closure strap is not long enough. Otherwise, loved the shoes.

Run at least 1 full size too small.

They great and my son loves them, but after just a few days they started to smell. We’ve never had this problem with shoes for him, and he’s only 8, but they smell like a teenager owns them. He really loves them so we’ll wash and keep wearing, but the smell is an issue, and a surprise as they seem high quality, but they just don’t seem very breathable.

Good fit! Toe panel broke after a week and had to return, trying a different style. Too bad because these were so cute.

fell apart after a few weeks

Probably my least favorite pair of Nikes. I purchased these for my five-year-old son Who is quite athletic and a Spitfire.From the photos they look like a great pair of sneakers however the Velcro does not say connected at all. They fit my son’s foot but he walks around with the strips of Velcro sticking straight out. it looks ridiculous. I might just cut them off since they are serving no purpose. I would not recommend the sneakers.

Fit well, but velcro strap is much too short and keeps coming undone. They are seriously defected.

These Nikes are really light weight and the color is great and eye catching. I did have to return them because the inside lining was not attached properly in both shoes. It was poking out on the sides and bothering my sons feet. I thought it was a defective pair of shoes, but after having my husband look at them he believes it’s how they are made, which is odd.

For $40 shoes, these seemed very cheap. Nothing special at all. I've seen the same quality in no name shoes from Walmart. Returning and bought a pair of saucony for half the price.

I have 2 other pairs of this exact same shoe for my child, which I bought about six months ago. They still fit but they're no longer nice enough for school. I ordered the exact same shoe, exact same size (Size 2 big kid). The new ones are half an inch longer in the toe and much, much narrower. The Velcro strap doesn't even reach all the way across the top of the foot. Really disappointed. Why can't manufacturers be CONSISTENT??

The velcro strap is too short. It pops up and comes undone when my toddler runs.

The shoes fit my son well but the problem is the Velcro straps aren’t long enough so they just kept coming off and that’s why we sent them back.

The shoes look good and fit well, but the velcro straps come undone anytime my son plays soccer. These are strictly walking shoes for our son, which kinda defeats the purpose of buying them.

This shoe is cute and fit fine. However, the velcro strap is not good. After just a few weeks it would no longer stick. I would not buy this style again.

Took a chance and unfortunately also had trouble with velcro not staying put. Will be exchanging for different Nike option.

Overall, my son loved the style of the shoe. But its quality is lacking significantly. He’s been wearing them sporadically over the last month, and already the front parts of the sole is becoming undone. This is unfortunate because we’re already reaching a point where we’ll need to buy a replacement. Even for an active 7 year old, that short time frame is obsessive.

After just a few months of normal wear, the Velcro strap does not stay. It has always been too short and would barely hang on. My kid doesn’t have wide feet. Very disappointed in these, as otherwise he really liked the style.

After only a few months of normal wear the Velcro has completely stopped holding together. I would not buy them again and wouldn't recommend them. I have seen other reviews with similar issues.

Top strap is too short. It constantly comes undone.

The Velcro won’t stay closed when my son is running or even walking. He’s constantly stopping to fix his shoes.

Poorly made. Over the course of the 2 days the rubber on the toe started to peel off.

Dislike these greatly. My daughter does not have wide feet but these do not even come close to staying velcroed. The straps are constantly undone and she hates them.
