These are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. They can be used as work or casual.

Best fitting boots I have owned but quality not there. Inside of heal fell apart in under 6 months of wear. The rest of the boot in great shape just cant get on and off. Unfortunately in 3 months time have been unable to get a response from ariat or lammles multiple calls and emails. So be aware there is no warranty and wont stand behind there product.

Bought these for work as a Firefighter station boot. I wore Redback pull on boots for years and they finally started to break down, I found these on the Ariat website and love my cowboy boots from them. The sole is nice and grippy, but not too soft. They look nice when out in public. The toe box fits my slightly wide feet well. They are are little harder to get on then the Redbacks and the loop in the back of the boot seems too big. But I think after they are broken in they will be perfect.

Right out of the box these boots felt broken in. I wore them for 11 hours straight without soreness. Toe box is perfect, plenty of room for my toes and they have great support. To top it off, you can put a hose to them and clean them up in a jiffy. Great purchase and Im sure Ill wear them for years.

Aall the positives you read, comfy, nice look and well made, almost perfect. Unfortunately the back tab is bulky, does not keep flat so it projects out from the boot and sits a touch higher then the top of the boot so no matter if it's a narrow leg or wide leg overall, every time I sit or take a step up my bottom back pant leg catches and stays on the boot, very annoying to have to pull my pants over it every time. Needs a simple redesign before I'd buy this style again, in the mean time, will be figuring out a modification or cut em off altogether.

Nice boots, look like they're well made and rugged. I had to return them as they were too big for me.

I work in the shipyard industry which means water and nonskid which absolutely tears boots up. These hold up great and keep my feet comfortable and dry. Only complaint is that they're a little too tight for the normal width (which is to be expected from Ariat boots) so I can't wear them in the winter with my thick socks. Sometimes the heel rubs a little but no blisters or busted skin in the year I've had them. Overall really nice boots I just wish they were less tight.

I am a mail carrier and I got these boots because they are supposed to be waterproof and check all the boxes for the different safety requirements. I have only been able to wear them once due to the fact there is no padding in the heel and as a result my heels were rubbed raw. If padding or some other measure was added to give the heel more protection/ support I would be able to wear the boot and enjoy the other features and comfort of the shoe.

Great boot, my feet have stayed dry during this winter season. It has started to separate a little, where the leather and the sole meet, on the inside (not interior) part of the boot. Not too tight not too loose. Light weight boot. If you prefer to wear thick socks it will be tight. I wear compression socks and those seem to be about perfect for thickness. Will buy Ariat footwear again.

Slightly tight but I know once they break in these boots will be just perfect for my daily farm work.

It needs a little more cushion for the heal. However it is a very sturdy work boot.!

Well, if it had fit me little better would have been great shoes to ware during my shift at amazon fulfillment center. This would have been perfect fit about 3 years ago when I was 2x bigger. Now days it hard to find this style of shoes for my size. I dropped about 100+ lb. Where I need more of a slim fit, which no one seems to make or carry. However wore it for a day at work, and can imagine the old me would have been very happy and satisfied with it. Very well constructed. Wights is great lighter than doc martins. The cushion in side is like air. My issue is that in order to fit me well I would have to ware 3 pairs of socks to fit. Now if they had slimmer version would be nice.

Bought these for yardwork around the house and it was a good decision. My only complaint is that they fit a half size too big for my narrow feet, leaving slightly too much room in the toe box, but not distractingly so since it fits fine elsewhere. In short, size half a size down from your sneaker size if you have narrow feet.

Size was spot on compared to my other work boots. It took about a week to break them in and stop having blisters on my ankles from the the top of the shoe being tight. They stretched out and I didn't have any more issues. I decided to go with a low top pair the second time around.

now granted i just took the boots out of the box. put them on first thing i noticed it gripped my heel tight.. walked around for a bit .. it never let go of my heel .. my other slip on boots the heel floats and it took a while to get used to them and now back again.. it was so tight my wife had to help me pull them off. now after a week of wearing them. the heel is still tight im able to get my foot out without the wifes help like a big boy . i like the boots fine the heel needs to have a touch more room. just a touch. just enough where it doesnt feel like its being force choked by vader for his lack of faith..

Unfortunately for me, I have a wide foot, and need a EEE shoe. These are true to size--they are EE, so are just a bit too tight, which as all you widefeet know, causes all kinds of problems. They are beautiful boots! But if you are hoping that they are wide enough, you might be disappointed.
I'd also recommend:
Wolverine, Rockport --- both have true XW sizes.

One shoe felt great the other felt a half size too small. My right foot is a half size smaller and that boot felt too tight. If both fit like the left, would be perfect.

I mean...I think this really came down to a case of inaccurate expectations. These aren't bad boots, but I think calling them "work" boots, at least for the type of work I do, is a bit of stretch. I am often standing on an incline while working and these boots just don't have enough support laterally when doing so, my feet will often roll and slip inside the boot. Additionally, unless you have thick ankles or long pants, stuff is constantly falling down in the top of the boot.
The boots aren't bad and I will likely give Ariat work boots another shot, but it will definitely be boots with laces.
