Good fit and support. This is my 6th pair of Ariat paddock boots over the last 30 years.

These have been a great purchase - I have lots of issues with my feet but these have been wonderful since day 1. Additional cushion in the footbed and heel is worth the higher price point! I bought my usual size 7 and they felt a title small. Sizing up 1/2 a size was a good decision. I wear them a lot more than I I thought I would. So happy with them!

Honestly, the BEST paddock boots I have ever had. I love them better than heritage boots I've worn for years

Little to no time to break in! Sturdy and comfortable for all day wear! I would buy this pair of boot again! True to size. I wear them at the barn during riding lessons.

Fully leather, great foot bed, and nice looking. Can dress up or down. I work on my feet so I need good shoes. I ordered and returned multiple pairs from all sorts of sources and finally ended up with these and I'm so happy. I would recommend if you like to wear thicker socks with them to get a half size up. They fit me fine when I'm wearing my thinner smart-wool socks, but the padded ones make for a tight fit. The soles have good insulation so I don't feel I will need the thicker socks.

My hope is to wear these boots this spring when I return to walking and getting the chance to play with my four legged son. Breast cancer took to my spinal cord and I ended up paralyzed. I am learning to walk again and these boots will be a part of my journey. Wore them yesterday and was able to stand. I am excited to wear them more.

Beautiful boots! I just got them and they feel a little snug but I think they will stretch some. They have great cushion in the footbed. Can't wait to break them in!

The sizing was as expected. The fit is very comfortable -no break in time. I have been riding and mucking stalls in these and am super happy especially at the sale price! I wouldn't say it has an orthotic type sole, but it is padded and comfortable.

I wear a 10 shoe and bought these in a size 10 and they fit well and are super comfortable too! I highly recommend them! I bought them based on my sister's recommendation of Ariat products after she has used them for decades and found them to be her favorite for horseback riding. Love them.

I have been using these boots for three years. I ride 2-3 days a week. I wear the boots all day at the barn, working with horses and doing chores. I clean and condition the boots regularly. They are very comfortable and clean up "like new", even after year-round use in the PNW (rain or shine; arena sand and puddles). They pair well with spurs and half chaps. The leather stretches in the forefoot, which I appreciate. The laces allow for a snugged-up fit in the instep. I bought my street shoe size, and there is room in the toe and forefoot (medium to medium wide, bony, athletic (runner) forefoot).

I've had multiple pairs of Ariat paddock boots over the years but after a 10 year riding break I questioned if I should try another brand. Really happy I chose to stick with Ariat. They're sturdy but still comfortable, just like all my previous pairs.

These are the best paddock boots I have ever owned. I specifically wanted a pair that are leather lined and I can't believe I got them for this price! After about three days they were soft and comfy as bedroom slippers and are wearing beautifully even though they are routinely subjected to sand, mud and gravel. Would definitely buy again although I'm sure it will be many years before I need a new pair.

I love these boots. They offer amazing support especially around the ankle. The height is great for keeping the footing and gravel that the horses kick up out of my shoe.

I have very complicated back issues so I had been looking for a paddock boot with a low heel, generous heel cushion, and great footbed support, and I finally found it in this boot. In the past, I had worn the Ariat Heritage IV paddock boot and the higher heel of that boot bothered my low back when walking. I hope Ariat continues to make the Ariat Performer Nitro boots. The boots are an excellent choice, especially for those who want great support from a boot that is comfortable when riding AND walking.

This is very well made pair of boots. A bit stiff because they are fully leather lined. I've worn them for a week and they are very soft and comfy now. I almost feel like I stole them at this price. Hopefully they will last many years. I feel like the other reviewer may have been a little unrealistic expecting to get the same quality boot as before for that low a price 25 years later. I'm sure she'd be much happier with this one.

Best footwear for standing and walking on concrete floors of healthcare facilities for prolonged shifts. I wore Ariat paddock boots to get me through residency, but hesitated to replace them after my teenager wore them out. Now that I'm at the age where I require supportive shoes with soft soles to get through the day, I splurged on these replacements. Almost 30 years later and Ariat paddock boots still solve my aches and pains from many hours standing and walking on concrete floors.

I absolutely love these boots. I've had my first black pair for over 3 years now. I do periodically polish, buff, and shine them to help keep them looking nice and fresh. The outer side toe thread did pop it's stitching over time and hard use of the boots. About a year later I did order the brown/red boots, I love those too, They are just harder to polish bc the protective wax on them does break up and give it a faded color look right where the foot bends at the toe. Both pair did take me about 6 months each with continuous wear to break in. I'm telling you once they did break in I wear these boots for hours and hours on end without my feet hurting one bit. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots. I just wish I know where to send them to get the bottom of the boots resoled from years of wear they are getting a little slick when walking on slippery surfaces.

This is my 2nd pair of Nitros! They are by far the most comfortable paddock boots around. After a brief break in period, they mold to your feet and fit like gloves. The lace up gives the ability to adjust ankle support and I am able to spend long hours in them at the barn. I like how the laces make them look like field boots under my half chaps also. More expensive than most paddock boots, they are well worth the price and will last for a very long time!

These are exactly what I was looking for. I have wide ankles and wide feet, so paddock boots are often an awkward fit, but these fit great and are so well made and handsome.

When you're responsible for turning out 17 horses every day, you walk a lot. On the second day I wore these, I logged eight miles with no blisters. Great arch support, good toe box, outstanding overall.

This is my third pair of Ariat paddock boots. My feet have a lot of issues but these boots are supportive and comfortable on my feet. My feet feel cushioned on the cement stable floors too.
