It has been a few years since I have replaced the insoles in 2 pair of 12 year old Ugg boots I have. I have replaced them several times. When I received these I was very disappointed. They appear to be knockoffs. These did not fit my boots correctly. They do not have the same comfort as the last insoles I bought. Hopefully, they will replace these insoles with better ones.

I love UGG shoes, boots, slippers... and own many. I love the fact that when my insoles wear down before the shoes do, ( and they do) I can buy UGG insoles to replace the old ones.
I also like that when I pull my shoes off I see the UGG label. I recently ordered 2 new pair of insoles. The new ones had the label on the bottom, not the top. Clearly a manufacturer error. I mean, what's the point of adding the additional cost and time if all your customers are getting nothing for something. You haven't made a statement or lowered the price. You just put them out there at the regular price, I guess hoping no one would notice. Maybe I'm the only one? Maybe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill but, I'm very upset. Why couldn't you just sell the bad batch to one of those one off stores instead of having us customers absorb the cost? I'll be sending these back.

The item received is not what is shown in the website photo. There is NO LOGO and the under sole is of poor quality. I have bought this item twice and have received what could be described as looking like a counterfeit product, a knockoff. I love being able to replace the insoles of my slippers (I own 2 pair) but am not happy will the insole replacements that I have received. Purchased the first through a website found online as your UGG website showed them as out of stock. The second pair I ordered through your official website and received the exact product that I got through the other website. Such a disappointment to not receive the actual item shown on both websites (with logo) and of the same quality as the original insoles in the slippers I purchased.

Have used these replacements for 3 years - each year they have gotten a little cheaper made
Till this year when there is no more padding - just some short fur on flat pad
Horrible - will be looking for replacements elsewhere.
