I ordered the women's 8 and was sent the men's 8. I returned them. Also I see that people are complaining about the quality. Didn't look as thick as my old ones.

I've ordered these numerous times over the years, both from Zappos and other retailers. As others have mentioned, the quality of these insoles is now horrible. Just two months of wear seem like 3x that much. When I tried hand washing them, they felt much thinner than in the past, and now that they've dried I can tell I might get another month out of them -- they feel paltry and not at all cozy. I've found a non-Ugg option that I'm going to try.

Don't buy these. No support, stiff, thin, basically terrible. I've had these insoles before and these are no where as good as earlier ones. I finally put them on top of the worn out insoles I was trying to replace and I'll see if that works. Very disappointed.

I have purchased insoles for my Ugg slippers twice in 10 years. I do NOT think these are UGG insoles, they have to be knockoffs! They are thin, the sheepskin is VERY thin. After 5 days of minimum wear, the sheepskin is flat in the toe area. There is no support whatsoever. It's a thin piece of foam glued to the sheepskin (if it's even genuine sheepskin). My previous replacements have been actual arch supporting insoles that were STITCHED to the sheepskin. Very disappointing. The UGG website doesn't list Women's insoles, only mens so I called and they recommended I order them from Zappos. These are just not the same as I've ordered directly from UGG before. I am returning them.

This is my first product review but this product was SO poorly made, I wanted to let others know. The material was so poor, just the act of putting it into my boot caused it to shed around the edges. The padding was so thin! Clearly I am returning this item. In the past I have ordered replacement soles that were great - but these are terrible.

I don't know what the fit is because none of the insoles on my current pairs of uggs are replaceable. And it's difficult to identify which insoles are replaceable, i tried zappos customer service, amazon, and doing a general internet search for anecdotal examples. It didn't seem that anyone anywhere has a real clue. a waste of money for those who don't have specific replaceable ugg insoles.

These are very cheap and very poor quality. These are nothing like the original Ugg replacement insoles. I would be willing to pay this price or slightly more for the quality of the originals. A huge disappointment; they went back.

I have to echo the previous reviews about these insoles not being like the old ones. I find it hard to believe they are even made of sheepskin. It feels more like nylon. They are much narrower than my boot so my toes hang over the side and that is very uncomfortable. I use these heavy boots every day for work around the farm in the winter so they get a lot of use. I have been putting off buying new insoles due to the bad reviews but really needed new ones. I have purchased many insoles in the past from Ugg and they have never been like this. I would gladly pay more for a decent pair.
