I sized half size up as recommended. Glad I did. Heel rubs a little but they are starting to break in.

Very glad I followed the advice to order a .5 size up. My usual size would have been way too small. These shoes are so cute and I love the color. At first, they seem stiff, but they actually offer very good support and were comfortable all day.

My shoe size is either an 8.5 or 9. I ordered a 9 and the fit was just right. The shoes are great quality and the style and color(Navy) is super cute. I decided to return them only because they are a heavier shoe than I like to wear.

Loved the fit and style. Canvas is really hard, meaning durable. Will need to break in before they will feel like your classic, casual canvas sneakers that you wear every summer.

There were comfy right out of the box! I ordered a half size larger based on other reviews, and that worked. I do have high arches and prefer a wider toe box, so the arch and width work for me. I usually wear a Euro 38 or U.S. 7.5, but got these in an 8. These do rub a teeny bit on one foot, but I have never, ever owned shoes that didn't rub a bit too much on one heel until broken in.

Love the look but too small.

I finally decided to give this shoe a try! I sized up a half size as suggested and they felt great at first, but when I took a few steps they slipped up and down on my heel. I’m reluctantly returning them and will continue my search for the perfect shoe.

Rubbed my foot under the eyelet. Had to return.

Such a cute, suppotvie shoe. Going up a half size gave me the perfect fit, but the shoe made my feet felt hot & sweaty after a few minutes....and I usually don't have sweaty feet. Probably okay if you wear socks, but I hate wearing socks.

Really cute shoes. I wish they would have worked for me. I'm size 9.5-10. Normally take a medium width, but am on the wide side of medium. Bought size 10 medium, which were too narrow to wear even a think sock.

The shoe fit fine. I ordered a half size up which was perfect, but they rubbed in the little toe area, they were just a tad narrow in the toe bed. Loved the color and the style, and I would have reordered if they came in wide.

It just wasn’t what I was looking for and my foot in & out as I walked. They are really cute though!

This is my 4th pair of Taos 'sneakers' so they work well for me. I like the leather accents on this one - makes it a little more artsy than the plain canvas.

Shoe’s geek was too wide - caused slipping.

I sized up a half size based on reviews and comments. However, my normal size 9 would have been fine and the size 9.5 are a smidge too big.

I ordered both the Toas Star Burst and Star. I ended up returning the Star Burst. They were very stiff and the arch support was very high. They are a nice looking shoe though.

Did not like the look. Canvas feels very tight, almost plastic. Arch was fantastic. Did not look good on me.

I really wanted to love this shoe...and I did love the look, but the pad inside is for someone with a pretty high arch and I don't have one. So it just didn't fit my foot well. I had to return. But the quality of the shoe and the fabric, inside pad and sole were all wonderful. Wish it worked for me!

I thought that the shoe would be leather but it was canvas. When I went back and read the description I realized that I ordered the wrong product. Because I was not looking for a camp issue I had to return this. Otherwise, I think it is a nice sneaker for someone who is looking for Canvas.

Love the Taos Tenny, however the size was a little larger than my usual size 5 1/2. Both longer and wider. I recommend ordering 1/2 size larger.

Cute shoe, just felt too snug on my foot and the next size up was too large.

I have 5 pair of Taos tennis shoes. They all have excellent cushioning in the footbed. These are not as soft or cushioning and the canvas feels stiffer. But, they are super cute with the leather collar so I'm keeping them. I do have a narrow foot so I can cinch the laces tighter for a better fit.

I’ve had 2 pair of these but don’t think I’ll be getting a 3rd. The shoes are cute, and I really like the arch support. The footbed is not at all cushioned, but I have high arches and the firm footbed and arch support allow me to wear these all day without aching feet. The first pair I bought required no breaking in, but the second pair gave me horrible blisters on my heels straight out of the box. I had to wear higher socks to prevent this and eventually I was able to wear them with lower no-shows. The real deal breaker for me was the wear in the sole. They wore down so quickly. After about 3 weeks of wear the tread in the sole was almost worn away. The tread wasn’t deep to start with, but for shoes at this price point I would have hoped they’d last longer than that. I still wear them, but with so little tread left I’m weary of the lack of grip and slipping on slicker surfaces. I need something that will last longer.

Fit is tough, as I appear to between sizes. Arch support seems to be oddly placed.
