I ordered a 13-Wide. These do not fit properly. Even though they're marked as being a size 13, they fit like a size 12.

I bought these shoes a little under six months ago and the shoes are now seperated from their bottoms and I can stick my finger right through it

I have a high arch, wear a 6E and have been wearing New Balance for over 20 years. I have a supination problem, not a pronation problem. My current shoes are NB 624 which fit my feet just fine but NB no longer makes. The MX 608 does not come in a 6E. I am looking for a 6E shoe without a roll bar or any internal construction meant to help pronators. I would prefer a neutral shoe. It appears NB no longer makes a shoe that will accommodate my feet.

I have worn 608s for more than 10 years. It was and still is a great shoe; straight last, roomy toe, good heel. However, the several shoes I just purchased have "Comfort Insert"s that have all sorts of hard-to-notice-unless-you-pull-the-insert-out texturing and cushioning clumps that mess up the feel of the shoe for the bottom of the foot. For those of you that know this shoe (and most of other shoes I have bought from NB), the insole insert was flat and plain and just fine. I can't wear the shoe with this new insert so what to do? I've looked up NB insoles - there are 16 of them! and they all are close to the cost of a new shoe. A nuisance of time and money. I've reached out to NB but my question has been blown off. Am I the only one put off by this "improvement"?

I bought these for walking but they are very uncomfortable. Not alot of padding and seem to run narrow. If you want sturdy sneakers these are for you!

I use this sneaker at the gym. Have been wearing these for years however they weren't made very well this time. They have no support. I need a narrow so these are the shoe I have been wearing. There isn't much of a choice in narrow. Very disappointing.

I have purchased many shoes from you folks and the quality of this recent pair is not good. I have only been wearing them for two weeks and the sole of the right shoe has already come loose in the front.

So unbelievably uncomfortable. There was this weird part that kept poking me and the sole of the shoe was hard and unforgiving. Walked for 10 minutes in them and my back hurt worse than usual.

Didn't realize these weren't leather. They are also bulkier than I expected. I was looking for a sleeker, more low profile look. Unfortunately I will be returning these.

Disappointed it was supposed to be the pink ones. Not the blue/gray. Pink/ gray is what I ordered

We ordered the size we wear but were a size too small. This isn't the first time we've dealt with this. Double check your shoes and sizes before you sew on the tags.

This is not my first time buying.I have a condition of fascitis plantar and i see how the shoes doesnt fit well and how they look at your third usage. They break lose stability of course by the material of no quality. This shoes for my kids 608 v5 black you can see the imperfections and damages everywhere. Also the no slip tecnhnology doesnt function.I think they took the good materials for the ones that sells by US made.its not fair. And i feel that is strategic of all fabricants because A ..cs equal.

I received the shoes without the inside Comfort Insert that is part of and belongs inside of the shoes. I called customer service and asked if I could be sent the missing Comfort Inserts to the shoes, and I was told that the only thing I can do is to go online and proceed to return the shoes. I said that I was hoping that we would be able to remedy the situation by them merely sending me the Comfort Inserts. I was put on hold, and when the rep came back she told me that her supervisor said I could go online and purchase the inserts. I asked why would I do that when it is part of shoe? (The inserts they have online, are NOT the Comfort Inserts that are a part of this shoe.) I asked if the supervisor understood the problem. The rep said yes. I said this is wrong and asked to speak to the supervisor. I was put on hold for several minutes, the line was silent. I hung up when they started streaming loud music through the telephone because I did not feel like I was going to get anywhere. I sent an email through their website; however because they do not have a direct email for subjects such as this and I had to choose a different subject, I am not confident they will respond.
You can see from the picture on the website what the inside of the shoe should look like my shoe has a ragged-edge piece of thin white fabric inside the shoe, not the pink Comfort Insert that is part of the shoe.

I pouches these shoes two pair one white one black just to receive the worse made product ever. I have worn New Balance for 40 year imported shoes will be the dearth of this once well made shoe company. both shoes are the same size, yet there not. sole on one shoe is narrower then the other. I can barley walk by the end of the day. the other pair just move freely and have worn out within three month's. I just ordered shoes from a replacement company that still makes there shoe in the US. SORRY New Balance but you should be apologizing to me for sailing sucha low quality product to me.

Bought these to replace my old NB 992's. They were size 14, but these were significantly shorter. Guess I need to go to a size 15.

I've worn this model of shoe since 2014 with great satisfaction. I walk many miles and have always been impressed with the quality of the shoe, since I still, on occasion, wear the first pair I ever purchased. Last June however, I purchased my third pair and was very disappointed. By October the soles had separated from the uppers on both shoes. I bought the shoes at a New Balance Outlet Store in Las Vegas which makes me wonder if outlet stores sell "seconds", or shoes that don't pass the factory inspector, or did I just get a bad pair of shoes?
