Great feeling, good looking nicely fitting shoe with typical great LL Bean service.

These 608's over the years have served me well. Comfortable well padded and light weight, they propelled me many miles without failure. Great cushioned heal and sole. I've actually purchased so many of these shoes over the years enjoying their comfort. Who needs Wingtips anymore? Gave away all the suits too.

Have been buying New Balance regularly, usually suede though. I liked the look of the black leather and bought those this time for my walking. Comfortable and true to size and remind me of my old coaching days on the sidelines.

New Balance the first to kinesiologically design shoes for the athlete. Great shoes. Great company.

The shoe is great, L.L. Bean has failed. I have been ordering these shoes in a 6D for many years. Sizing changed, so I went up to a 6 1/2D - I know it was a sizing change and not my foot because I put the soles of my old shoes up to the new. For months, I've been trying to purchase another pair or two, but they no longer seem to carry my size in a wide width. Sad to say, L.L. Bean, I will be going elsewhere. You've always been my "go to" retailer for many reasons. Going forward, not so much.

I love these and have been wearing them for years [5 or 10 or more]. I was distressed when they were out of stock last summer and was so happy to find them back in stock this summer.

I love New Balance shoes so these were great and they will be very good when I am able to vacation again.

it was all I expected

NB 608's are hard to find and was very happy LL Bean is carrying them. I need a leather shoe for my work place and it's getting difficult to find an all leather upper instead of the mesh; which are a no no at work. This walking sneaker is comfortable and makes it through a full year of my abuse.

I ordered these as I needed more support than my current trainers were giving me. I found that support in these shoes. I ordered a half size larger as suggested and I wear a fairly thin sock and they are perfect.

I have worn these sneakers for years. I have not been able to find them recently. I needed new sneakers during this pandemic. Bean's had them in stock and shipped them immediately. My feet love them.

I've been advised to wear New Balance as they have a larger "toe box". I wanted to try the leather cross-trainer for more support and perhaps longer wear for aerobics classes. So far they are comfortable, supportive and not at all stiff. I sized up to 8 1/2 to accommodate orthotics and they fit fine.

These shoes are so comfortable. I ordered a half size larger as recommended and they fit perfectly. I'm very happy with them.

I have bought these every year for years. I always wear a 7 in shoes. In these I wore a 6 1/2, until this year. This year the 7 fits perfect.

I can run faster and jump higher!

I have worn the NB cross-trainer shoes for years. They never disappoint, even though the model number changes from time to time. I walk a couple of miles almost every day and usually wear these shoes. I bought another pair in black, and they are just as good. Order up 1/2 size, as LL Bean suggests, and you should have a perfect fit.
